I called them to have them fix our water heater which broke down yesterday. First off, they will try to charge a “dispatch fee” of $80 just for sending someone to your house. The CSR I spoke with told me that she would waive the fee because I was a new customer. Back in December 2006 we bought a Janda Maddison Lounge Suite from Harvey Norman for well over $5000 and we have had nothing but trouble with the lounge. Used Holmdel Lowes to purchase carpeting. Got the C team for the installation, horrid bumpy seams, bad installation along woodwork, uneven. Installers left carpet in the rain and in the dirt outside my home rather than in the truck. Aside from being rude and argumentative on site, when I complained the in store shill told me the reason for the poor installation was my house was full of boxes. WRONG. House was EMPTY. My friend has hired Deegan Roofing, the workers are doing amazing work. My complaint is how unprofessional the "boss" is. He's made racial slurs towards the workers and refuses to pay them even though the company itself has gotten paid.
