I purchased my home in 2000 and it is now 2008. For the past 3 years I have been fighting with reynin and bardi the builder to replace the stucco that has fallen off my house with no result from them. I hired a contractor to look at my house and found out that they had not placed plywood to adhere the stucco to. It was also stuccoed in the winter therefore causing it to freeze and contributed to it falling off my house. I now have to hire an attorney to get the problem resolved with the builder they are claiming no liability. Pool construction was going fine until the deck guy came. he toppled over the piers which were for the concrete deck, so much for quality construction. Spoke to us like a used car dealer, even told me I read to much. Well after he left it took a day of three laborers to pack stone under the concrete deck he poured. I have receipt for installation of dead bolt and door locks and keys. I had locked myself out of my townhouse and did not want police to break door jam to get into my house. I called for a locksmith and got Dependeable Locks iNc from the Bronx but was answered by a local Dependable lock distributor from the area. On April 2nd 2008 I ordered a tension spring from this compnay and paid with my visa. I received a confirmation email shortly thereafter with an order number. On April 4th 2008, funds were withdrawn from my visa account. No other communication from the company to date. I've sent emails to the compnay requesting an order update with no response. We purchased an Edgestar 12000 BTU portable air conditioner and it was probably the worst purchase I ever made. It started leaking 2 days after I started using it. Best of all it just stopped functioning after that. The retailer that sold it, Compactappliance.com was just downright unhelpful in resolving my problem. HP Gas serveice is a curse to the consumers. This is really frustrating. They should be penalised for their black marketting which causes severe problem to the HP gas consumers. I paid a delivery charge to Lowes of $59.00 for them to deliver 16- 8ft 2x6s, 8- 4x8 7/16 osb panels, 9- packs of 3 tier shingles, and about 6 -1lb boxes of assorted nails.
