This company is a complete fraud. They do not place, ship or fill furniture orders. Placed order on 8/29 for my son's bedroom set. 4 months of stories from Susie, Stephen and Al. This house was built in 2004 and had a tile counter top constructed. I purchased this house in 2006 from Richard Suttle (contractor) and shortly the grout started cracking and coming out. The tile is loose all over the counter top. I contacted Richard Suttle and he contacted Rease Dunn (the tile layer) but this Rease Dunn will not contact us about this problem. He put the tile directly on plywood and appears not to have used waterproof glue as the tile shifts cracking the grout. We do have to have the tile removed and replaced. Is there anything we can do? Fedders sells air conditioners at Walmart and Sam's Clubs across the nation. The problem is it takes 6-9 months minimum to have one serviced and longer than that to get any satisfaction out of the company. I live in Montgomery, AL (the state capitol) and can't find a service provider. I decided not to wait another week for shipping so went and bought one locally. We bought a top of the line Stearns & Foster Mattress with the expectation that it would last at least 10 years or more. After only 2 years, the sagging in the mattress makes it almost unbearable to sleep on. Both of us wake up stiff, sore and feeling like we got no sleep. I have purchased Whirlpool washing machine in june'07, the model is fuzzy logic. We had problem in the inlet tube and outlet tube, after 2 days of complaint a person had attended the complaint. But the service was very poor and did not respond properly to the questions we asked for. Also he was very rude which made my old parents very upset. I purchased an item and when I received it, it was the wrong item. It was listed incorrectly on their web site (and still is!). I requested an RMA the same via their web site. After more than a month, I still do not have the RMA. They are blaming the manufacturer because Home Annex uses drop-shipping, so only the manufacturer can take something back. This is bullsh*t. I so wish I had read this board before I purchased something from HH Gregg. I went there on New Year's Eve to purchase a Vera Wang Komen mattress set. I requested a service call on my refrigerator set up for 10/13/07 1-5pm-tech showed up at 8:00pm. After several years of normal use, this rather high priced bathtub has several large rust through spots around the drain and in the middle of the tub. The rust in the middle of the tub consists of about a dozen or so parallel lines that to me suggests a manufacturers defect rather than normal wear and tear. I have bought a water purifier of this company(aquaguard). After six months from buying it started to make tension for me . sometimes it stop responding, sometimes it did not start.
