Have had no refrigerator since June 12, 2007. Have had the worse possible documented service from Maytag. They DO NOT CARE. Period. In 2002, we got Alarm-One security system installed in our home in Hoffman Estates (IL). The contract for the equipment was signed for 3 yrs, after which we were told we could cancel at any time. Several months ago I sent a letter to the Ashley Furniture Industries Inc. Director of Quality. I still have not received any response. The sofa and love seat set I purchased has to be the worst purchase I have ever made. You can feel every piece of wood and metal in the furniture, there is no padding. I have purchased water purifier of eureka forbes on 10 may 2006. After the purchase of the purifier the company person has committed me that after 6 months they will be visiting our place for service and change of carbon, but after 13 months are over no one from the dealer or the company came to my house for change of the carbon. I also think that after the purchase of the purifier i am used to it but since they have not come and changed the carbon i think i am not drinking pure water and had caused many of the stomach disease. I purchased a front loading samsung washer and dryer in December from lowes and by may 25 th the washer has already stopped working. First the door locked and wouldn't unlock so my laundry was stuck and soured. Now it is completely unusable and it has been 30 days and 2 unsuccessful service calls with no good replacement parts. This is the absolute worst refusal to stop service. I am going to seek each and every avenue to file legal and ethical complaints against Monitronics Security Services. Fortunately we had no real need for their services for the 3 years that we did utilize them. Over the past year I have been struggling with the water district in Rowlett, Texas regarding a property located at 209 Point Royal. The house has been vacant the entire year and we have been attempting to sell it. For four months we received no bill at all and then received a bill for over $1000.00! I bought an item valued at $19.99 on e-bay and paid for UPS shipping. I had no choice as I wouldn't have picked UPS. They are the worst!! Anyway when the driver arrived he asked for a COD of $21.14 for brokerage and taxes. This is more than the item was worth. I was advised by the driver to call and complain. That got me no where. I have had similar programs with GE Money Bank. I did the Promotional loan on getting carpet. I paid it all in full on August 4, 2006 at 12:20pm. I have confirmation that I paid and they received payment with a reference number. They keep calling saying I have not paid and I get bills for delinquent payments. Just wanted to share, we have had horrible customer service with the Ashley Furniture store on Woodlane Rd. in Mount Holly/ Eastampton NJ. I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher, model GU2700XTSQ from RC Willey a couple months ago. I complained to Whirlpool that my dishes never would dry. The door, walls and ceiling of the dishwasher after the cycle is complete always have large water droplets that remain unless I leave the door open for 12+ hours afterwards. Home Pride, Inc. in Omaha, NE contracted to put an entire new roof on my home in Earling, IA, after a tornado last year. Amana gas range, Model No. ACF 3325AW, worked well until-- 5 years after purchase--we tried the self-cleaning feature... disaster. Trim on the top of the door melted, which was easily fixable, and the igniter apparently shorted out. I have Hitachi AC. The electronic circuit board of AC got damage. I called Hitachi Authorized Mechanic to solve the problem. He replaced the circuit Board with new one. Purchased Godrej Pentcool 420 litres Refrigerator in July 2007. From day one it never had enough cooling to prevent ice-creams from melting or freezing milk packets in at least 24 hours.
