My allocated gas agency is RK Agencies at Saket, New Delhi.Their phone numbers are 011-26682967/26682121. They never pick the phone for taking refill booking. Each time, I have to go personally to their office to book the gas. Even in the office, their behavior is very rude as if by giving gas, they are obliging us. I have purchased a Cub Cadet Enforcer. It has 7 hours on it and has broken twice. The brake breaks and won't allow you to use it. It was purchased out of town as a gift and the local dealers will not honor the warranty since they are not the ones that sold it. A&A Bedrooms(aka: Ergo-Pedic Sleey Systema, aka: American General Finance Company) sold me a bed for which I paid $2300.00. The same month that my full payment of $2300.00 was made, I received a statement from GMAC stating that I owe 2600.00 for the same bed. My cooking gas connection is with Indane from past 8 years. From last one and half year it is with M/S K.K. Gas Agency, Bangalore. My consumer number is 61865. Everytime I book for refill it takes 10-15 days is providing the gas cylinder. On top of it the irony is agency says there has to be gap of 21 days from last delivery. My wife and I recently moved into a Condo in Maryland. We were shocked to receive our first energy bill of ~300 dollars for the first month. I have one of Hampton Bay's top dollar fans and I live in one of the up scale neighborhoods... My problem... I understand the fan works on a frequency and sometimes when I turn one fan on in the bedroom the one in the living room comes on or off depending on the setting of that fan, which I deal with by making sure the fan is turned off at the switch plate on the wall. We have a king-sized bed which we bought from Select Comfort in 2004. It has recently started to lose air in one side. When I called the company they informed me that they had no repair service. We took delivery of a Stearns & Foster Bond Street King mattress and box springs December of 2005. It was sold to us by Finger Furniture Stores at their Sugar Land, Texas location. This mattress was recommended as the new top of the line set by the salesman. This model was an upgrade from the previous Stearns and Foster we purchased from Fingers that was extremely uncomfortable a short time after we bought it. Our LG refrigerator model GR-B197WVS is a few months out of its warranty period. We cannot adjust the temperature settings for the Freezer and Refrigerator. Consequently the lowest shelf and the two crisper boxes cannot be used as their contents freeze. We purchased a GE labeled hot water heater from HomeDepot. Over a 30 day period, we had 10 days of hot water. GE sent a plumber out 3xs to replace parts several times. GE told me it was electrical. Alamo Bedding will rip you off. They do not honor their contracts and if you try to get them to honor your contract, they will say you did not follow their guidelines. My issue as seen below is not only with the failure of the transmission on my 3.5 year old maytag but the lack of service provided by Maytag dependability plus and Metro Factory Service in Dover, NJ. My complaint is against Hunter Douglas and the product, before it was improved, called Vertiglide. I was building a home in 2002 - 2003 and needed to get window treatments for the 18 windows to discourage vandalism while the interior finish was being completed. We have hired Thompson Landscape, P.O Box 941625, Plano, TX 75094 (972-424-5726) to perform lawn mowing service. They have mowed 7 weeks and so far, they have managed to run over a 15" oak tree and damage a new gutter by denting it with the lawn mower handle. Ordered a couch from Furniture & Etc, upgraded the fabric. Within weeks of couch delivery, found fabric flaws all over couch. Complained to company, no response. I have a Maytag washer and the warranty service sent out A&E. He was not qualified and couldn't even see which fuse in the box needed flipping -- I also had to come to the basement 2 times to reset the red/black button on the outlet as he couldn't figure it out.
