The 310 ltrs. fusion was purchased by me on 28.04.2007 from Sales Corner, Kothi, Baroda. No response from customer care center at Baroda No one is lifting Telephone or Numbers are given wrong by recorded telephone. My fridge is giving bad smell from the upper portion of the fridge and by that entire room is smelled very badly and inhyegenic. We purchased a new Samsung side by side refrigerator from Best Buy 4 yrs ago, a beautiful top of the line model. The unit worked perfectly until about 3 months ago. We have a 14 month old GE dishwasher with a GE 4 year service contract. In late March the machine started to vibrate and get very loud when pumping water. Rainbow vacuum cleaner (the e series) is the one i bought, this thing is a expensive piece of junk. The cord is so cheap it gets very warm during use, it does not pick up things off my carpet near as good as my much much cheaper sears vacuum, so many times i have to loosen things on the rug before the rainbow will pick it up, so i get out my 200 dollar sears and get the job done. Do not buy any product from Balaji machine Works or BMW Coimbatore. We bought a Mantra Grinder in Feb 2005 and within 3 months the section that holds the lid broke into 2 pieces. The grinder is no longer usable as the lid cannot be closed. After tracking the service center for another 2 months they sent a guy to have a look. After this that was the end of the issue. I regret to say that the Acworth-Woodstock franchise of Lawn Doctor refused to honor their agreement with me. Their employees came and sprayed my yard in June, and within a few days, most of my grass was dying. I telephoned the office and found they were unresponsive to my complaint. The washer there is no way to pause the machine while someone has a shower. The pause button only works for a short short period of time. There is now way to determine what cycle the machine is in, so when you need to switch it off, then you need to restart the load. The bleach compartment is questionable. The dryer it produces wrinkled clothing. There is no automatic cool down on the machine. This means that the user must manually adjust the temp or remove clothes when they are damp to hang to dry. We ordered a stove and microhood from Sears.com and picked it up at West Lebanon NH store. The stove and microwave were both malfunctioning from day 1. This air conditioner failed to function properly after 1 year. The electronic thermostat controls failed and the a/c unit ices up. I sent it to Wind Service in Hicksville , N.Y. and they have had it since August 3rd and claim they are waiting for parts. This company sold me wall-to-wall carpet that is the wrong color/shade. They did not give me any warranty information. I finally asked and they said to go online and get it. There are 10 different warranties online. I did not buy the carpet online so why should I go there to get information they should be supplying in pamphlet form.
