Bought a Yardworks Log Splitter at C.T. Took it home, used it to split three small pieces of wood and it broke. Never had the product more than 2 hours. Return to Canadian Tire, they weren't able to refund or exchange the product. The item has a manufacturer defect and all they can do is send it away to be repair. I have purchased 310 liters refrigerator from dealer situated in Lucknow, UP. Within 3 days there was complaint lodged with companies call center. Service person visited and attended the complaint. After that at intervals service person was called for various complaints 3rd times. I have used several dehumidifiers in different locations over the last 20 years, to keep basements and garages dry. I am using three now. I always buy whirlpool brand. Usually the largest unit they have holding the most water. I have two sitting side by side in a garage now. I purchased this from a Company called Open Chute, inc and it took over two weeks to receive. There return policy is terrible, I would never buy anything from them again. When I finally used the machine the espresso has a consistently burnt taste no matter what you do and very little crema. Tuesday, October 02, 2007 It all started on April 25, 2007 when we bought carpet from Lowes and the installers show up to install the carpet, they are will Helm's Flooring. I have a Kitchenaid Microwave that quit working after only 6 months. I called Whirlpool and was told to call A&E for service. I called and was given a service appointment for 8/22/07. Called 800 number on appliance and was told basically that it did work. I have not been able to use at all and had to purchase a new one. I have it in original box and purchased at Lowes of Elizabethtown, Ky. I still would like this to work but it does not. The freezer door on our Trio Kenmore refrigerator fell off and the earliest appointment we could schedule either online or on the phone was not until 15 October (almost two weeks from now). What are we supposed to do until? What about our food? What about all the electricity we will be wasting (we still need to maintain the refrigerator portion of the unit active)? Damaged merchandise was delivered. Customer service agreed to take back the merchandise for a full credit, but on the day of the pickup, the store manager refused to give me a full credit. I have recently purchased an onida microwave oven, power convection 21 litres. As told to me by the person in charge, in the egg plate given to us, i broke the egg, put masala, covered it and put on 100 degree temp for 1 minute to cook. I bought a freezer from H.H. Gregg in July 2007. It was my first visit to an H.H. Gregg store and my first purchase from them, and will be my last. First off, we were entirely ignored in the store until one of the salesmen realized we were there as serious purchasers. I am having a Consumer No. 2349with the Muthumani Indane Gas Agency, R-sector, BHEL Township, Trichy-620014. I booked for Gas cylinder on 27.09.2007 .They are demanding to book for gas only after 21 days from delivery date and they take another 10 to 15 days for delivery.Ultimately they take around 25 -30 days per delivery. I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area. I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. I am not getting desired service from Samsung Dehradun Service Centre. My Microwave Oven Model: C103FL, bearing product serial no. 01657DBY802266T is out of order.
