I have purchased the I-Nova water purifier from Eureka Forbes company. The concern persons was Rajan panda from Thane office. First, I had the installation problems with Eureka Forbes team. The machine was lying at my home in packed condition for almost more than a week's time and after lot of pursuation, they deputed and installed the machine. The fan works and so does the light... what there is of it. I have written letters as well as emails and have not gotten a response from anyone. I decided to call but after being given about 8 different phone #s, no one was able to help. I am certain that I am disconnected by design. In utter frustration now, should I contact my lawyer?? The problem is that my clothes smell moldy after ashing. I also complained about the rubber lining being mildewed and has worn thin ans so it can burst at any time. 2 weeks ago when i ringed service center of kenstar home appliances for the repair of my washing machine. A service person from the company came after 2 days and told me that we will call you and then we will tell you the detail of the problem. After 5 days when i called the service center back, the call attender didn't took my request properly and disconnected my call several times. At last she failed to five me a complain number. I ordered two lamps. CSN Lighting charged me, but only shipped one lamp -and that lamp arrived late and broken. I have repeatedly requested that they send me a replacement part, but all they will say is "we have ordered it". They won't tell me when I can expect it to arrive. I placed my order on August 31st. I quickly learned that LTD Commodities does not give you a complete total price until after they ship out your orders. The reason for this is because they don't have set shipping costs. They could send out your item(s) in one box or in one box per item and charge you shipping for each item. We have a built-in Thermador Model SC302TW convection/conventional double oven, purchased it in May 2000. It failed almost immediately and was fixed at the end of June. It worked for a while, then failed again and was fixed in July, 2003, toward the end of the warrantee- only parts were covered. Soon after the panel grew too dim to read. 1. Plastic wheel broke in first 3 weeks although weight of hose did not exceed 300 feet of medium grade hose. 2. I had my confirmation print out from my computer had the technician rang the doorbell and notified us. Champion advertise custom room but, would not put baker board under vinyl siding in under room/deck, bees enter room thru poorly misfitted screens. They would not insulate roof where they tied into existing roof with there I-beam. There is no way to heat/cool a room with direct access left to outside air thru roof vents. I purchased a brand new aerator from Husqvarna and paid $2500 for it. I never used it but supposedly had gas in it when they tested to make sure it worked at the factory. The tank was empty when I received it. It would not start so I took it to a Husq dealership. They stated it had a bad carburetor and was not covered under warranty. It would cost me $165. I contacted Husqvarna and they stated it was not covered under their policy. Even though they were the ones that put the gas in it. We had a house fire and we contracted them to do the work. Our cupboards were hung crooked, baseboards were two different kinds in the same room. Carpet they laid was rotted and they had to replace it when after a month it was going bare, They painted walls wrong color... I could go on and on it was the worst experience we ever had. I have many ongoing and unresolved issues with the Hoover Company. Two months ago I placed an order for a couple of filters and belts for my bagless vacuum cleaner. I have spent in excess of EIGHT hours on the phone trying to get these parts. I have spoken with one or two very helpful and pleasant reps and about 6 or seven rude and might I say incompetent reps. C & S Flooring of Woolwich, Maine, installed the hardwood flooring in my new house several years ago. I have had problems with it from the start. The boards were not properly acclimatized and absorbed excessive moisture, resulting in cupping within the first few months.
