I paid a couple of thousand dollars for what I thought would be a top-of-the-line appliance by Thermador, and now I'd give anything to get rid of it and replace it. The oven makes so much noise that you want to turn it off asap to restore some peace and quiet. The oven takes a long time to heat up (about 20 or more minutes) and about 5-10 minutes to cool down so that the noisy fan shuts off. My Acquaguard water purifier is under Annual Maintenance contract. I am mking complaints to all levels in Eureka forbes at known no. including the local Agent to whom they further sub-letted the contract, nobody seems to be concerned to address to the complaint.
