Purchased a 18000 btu a/c LG brand, installed to the instructions. Ready to plug in a spark came out the outlet, 220 volts, tripped the circuit braker, called my electrician, cheked the outlet and the braker was nothing wrong. tested the cord was something with the connections. i called home depot explained what happen, I was told to return the A/C backto the store, refund my money. We ordered a bed in mid febuary the site said available but a month later recieved part of our order & had no info on the rest. We called numerous times after holding for up to 30 min @ a time and finally got a hold of cymax who kept giving these excuses about parts being shipped from japan & with the tsunami got delayed. Put we didn't receive any email from the company informing us of this two months past and nothing.
