As the name suggests"Dreams" Just dream about your beds and furniture being delivered on time to add to this you find a very RUDE and I mean rude customer services on a premium number. I ordered a Bed at the Aberdeen store on the 17th April 2011 and was promised delivery within 10 days and paid an additional £35 for the delivery as with Dreams you cannot collect / pickup your order in store, what a shame.They claim that you can change your order delivery online and believe me its a big LIE they are a bunch of jokers running this business. Purchased a spas 2 years ago. I have had nothing but problems since the hook up. Radio and dvd went out almost immediately and have been trying to get it fixed since. Their customer service is the worst i have ever seen. I have been sending them e-mails and have only a few responded to. As of now 4/30/2011 the spa is in the same shape as it was after everything quit and they won't even respond to me now. I bought the Phillipe Richard Rainbow Stripes dishware set. They were labeled microwave safe. They are not microwave safe. After a minute in the microwave the dishes are extremely hot! On May 14th, 2009 I placed an on line order with Battic Door for replacement shutters for my attic fan. I placed a phone call before placing the order to make sure I was measuring the shutters the right way. After a brief conversation I placed my order for the shutters which arrived a few days later. I have a 30" Wolf Dual Fuel Range - it is almost 5 years old. For the last 2 years I have been trying to get someone to repair it. The computerized control panel for the oven doesn't work properly. I have an extended warranty on it - every repair company they send out look at & say it needs parts & they'll be back. The never return nor do they ever call. Called Wolf & place where purchased. Lots of excuses and lots of promises, sub par results. I have spent the last two years correcting the mistakes and paying the resultant expense. No quality control of the sub-contractors. Jason Guyer, President of Legion Builders, Guyer Custom Homes and Empire Custom Homes, is not trustworthy and does not hold himself accountable for his work. We had a Four Seasons Sunroom manufactured by Four Seasons Sunrooms of Hauppauge, New York. The whole concept is poor. The room becomes very hot when the sun is out and is uncomfortable to sit in. Without the sun, the room immediately changes to the ambient outside temperature, which during late fall, winter and early spring is too cold to enjoy the room. My previous tenant forged my signature to obtain services at Orchard Dale Water District in Whittier CA.. I have purchased this 1550 PSI power washer in 2009 and afer only 2 uses of power washer spray gun is leaking, I called the company and now they said they will charge me $35 for new Spray gun and only warranty is 90 days. Since this is very common problem I am not suer I like spend any more money for this kind of paper product and bad customer service. Century Link is my phone/internet/yellow page provider. I noticed a wierd charge tacked on the end of my bill last month - tried to call the contact number PaymentOne, Inc at 888 238 5118. Was told to call a diff number. Couldnt get through. Called CenturyLink, was told they would credit my bill. This months bill has a $49.99 credit and then a new charge for the same amount. I am a contractor in California that installed many package units from Lennox Industries on homes in my area over the last seven years. Almost everyone of them have developed freon leaks in the evaporator coils after a couple of years. Lennox will warranty the coil but not the labor or Freon. This has required that the customer pay out of pocket for labor and Freon which costs several hundreds of dollars each time. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!! THEY SEEM CHEAPER THAN OTHERS BUT THEN CHASE YOU WITH MORE CHARGES WHILE NOT GETTING JOB DONE!!! Same experience as other people described here. They showed up a full day or two after the snow fall has stopped and once didn't show up at all (the biggest snowfall). They don't plow all snow. They charged upfront for 10 visits, came 8 times, then invoiced me for 5 extra visits. I had to buy my own snow thrower in January to dig myself out after snowfalls. In 2008 I was contacted by South Ribble Council that I may be entitled to a new boiler if incapacitated or a pensioner through Warm Front. I was granted funding for a new boiler which was replaced by HIS of Preston in March 2009. I was also given 2 years guarantee covered by Warm Sure.
