Whirlpool engineer visited my home end March 2011 to check the non-working window AC and gave in writing that the rotary compressor was not functioning. The compressor is within 5 years warrantee period. The AC was taken away on 1st April and returned in my absence after 11 days with some old compressor which is groaning and making intolerable noise. Even after my family protested that the repair was ineffective and bad, they still installed it. I find attitude of the repair workshop very poor. A dishwasher, purchased new from Conn's had hoes that sprayed water in back of cabinet. When I caught it I called for service. Besides their not taking responsibility for the installation or lack of, which is not longer under warranty, which was their fault in the first place, unless I should go into the appliance repair business. My frig under AMC with tne company failed to cool properly and I registered acomplaint with them on 4/4/2011.After inspection on 4/4/2011, informed me that gas has to be filled.On 5/4/2011 their mechanic tried to fill the gas but failed.He informed that he has to drill ahole at the back of the fridge and connect apipe externally to fill the gas, as the original pipe fitted internally as clogged. I have owned my Serta Cali-King, Vera Wang Beyond Exquisite Organic Cotton Mattress for 2 years. I am amazed that Serta is still in business with their HORRIBLE customer service. I recently had my gas meter changed by British Gas to a pay as you go meter. As I was unaware that the meter had been changed, I called a plumber, presuming that my boiler had broken. He came and told me that there was no gas, took the money and left. They tried to sell me replacement capacitors for parts that were still good at 10X the actual cost as well as WAY overpriced services such as coil cleaning and drain cleaning. As they were unpacking each item I was scanning it for any defects; sure enough every single piece of the bunk bed was defected, scratched, the wood was fractured, and the steps were completely broken. We built a new home in 2002 using Andersen green vinyl clad, double hung windows. The windows started fading right away (after I was assured by Andersen that they wouldn't).
