We bought our Deluxe Tempur-Pedic a year ago and we would not recommend it. The mattress is way too soft. It gets softer and softer throughout the night and i always wake up with major pain in my lower back. Don't buy this mattress! Don't be fooled at how good it feels in the store. Don't shop at Lenny's! We purchased an Ashley leather reliner sofa plus the 7 year service plan for over $1300. Fifteen months later the sofa started to peel in several areas. The Guardsman service plan would not cover peeling so I went to the Lenny's owner/manager. I showed her photos of the defective areas. She stated that "it was a shame" and offered to put me in touch with a repairman who could come to my home and repair it AT MY OWN COST. We had pool built in 2005, so with a five year warranty it does not help when the pipes under ground start leaking six years after construction. You would think with a house hold name like paddock they would use high quality parts and contractors but that's not the case. I would never suggest paddock to anyone looking to build a pool. I bought a house and the former owner had a water heater rental with Enbridge. The water heater was rusty and it was 9 years old and I wanted to replace it. I was forced by the rental contract to buy it and Enbridge charged me $246 for a 9 years rusty water heater!!! In addition, in the last 5 years the rental monthly price increased over 50%!!! Paid R500 to this company for re-gass, fitting of thermostat and new pipes for my broken fridge. They promise 8 month guarentee on parts and labour. A week later, fridge does not work. Call them to fix the fault. Up to today nearly two months later and after numerous phone calls and empty promises they still have not pitched to fix the fridge. I purchased a love seat and sofa last year. In a little over a month of purchase both the sofa and the love-seat started sagging in middle. I called the customer satisfaction department at the RoomStore to ask them about their warranty repair. I found Sideline Construction's Tom Smith at a Rochester, NY home show, about 15 years ago. He had the lowest bid regarding re-roofing a low pitched roof over my bedroom wing. I bought a classic 1966 Mustang 200CI from Future Classics and was told by the owner, Nick DeMartino that the engine was just rebuilt less than 3000 miles ago and wold not have any issues. I bought a leather sectional sofa in 2008 and the sales guy recommended to purchase a leasther protection plan for 5 years. I purchased the plan. Our banister has been loose since we have moved in over a year ago. Well, it broke on12/21 off the wall and my husband fell down the stairs. We told them about it when we first moved in but they didn't do anything about it. They still won't and since my husband wasn't hurt seriously enough for them, they won't even pay for the ER bills or his lost time from work. Dr. Plumber looked at my heating system and performed repairs on it without telling me what they were going to do or how much it would cost.
