With great regret I have to inform you about a poor vigilance and ignorance. This is regarding an illegal construction is being built up in front of A block Lok Vihar ( Pitampura) NDPL office. Another company rep. came out and went over roofing shingles with me and took the check.. An appointment was made but no work has ever been done. I went to Builders Warehouse Northgate to get some Plascon paint samples, only to be told that they do not have paint samples and that I needed to buy the 1l paint to test. The 1l is R99.99 and that would mean that I would need to pay in excess of R1000.00 to test the paint colour. As much as possible I do not want to expose this but my contractor has been avoiding me and doesn't want to fix the problem in my house in Tagaytay which was completed in July 2008. I purchased a Whirlpool Duet HT set - washer and dryer with pedestals - a little over $2200 in March of 2006. The washer ALONE without the pedestal base cost $1100 back then. He didn't get permits to do the work saying that permits were not needed since there was no structural work involve and no changes to the utilities. In July 2007 I hired Aurora Exterior Painting to paint my house in Marlboro, MA. I was given an estimate of $350.00 to reinstall my garage door. When the work was completed it suddenly became a $450.00 job. They were here for less than two 1/2 hours. When I questioned the final price I was told that because the door was too large for the rails they had to cut the top off. This was from the same guy who had given me the estimate & didn't realize at the time he gave me the estimate that the door was too big. I recently called Progress energy customer service to get an extension on an electric bill. The reason for this is because of an oversight by my wife who used the wrong account and method of payment. She used the regular account which is my account and that account is currently tapped out due to the fact that I am out on FMLA. (Had hip surgery). The payment returned unpaid.
