Your site wide sale is very misleading you have 4 tiers to get a discount and there is only an asterik buy you spend 400 take 100*, but nothing else has an asterik I called your customer care dept and spoke with Patrick and nothing was resolved. I was on a different website when this dieting ad popped up, and gave a spew about how effective the diet would be, and named a girl in my neighborhood who had successfully used it. I applied for the FREE TRIAL, which COST me $2.95. The ad read that after receipt of the free trial and 10 days, if not satisfied I could contact them to discontinue the product. National Credit Corporation is a bunch of bull. I signed my brother in law up under my account. During this process they gave my brother in law a temporary card to use to access the gym facilities. They told him that he would receive his regular gym membership card in two weeks. He never recieved the card. This guy has an ego bigger than the state of New York. He is known all over Santa Ynez with a bad reputation. Just call around and ask other doctors and the moment they hear his name, they laugh. I was at the St. Matthew's Mall and was walking from one store to another when a man approached me from a kiosk. He asked if my long nails were real or fake. I told him they were real. purchased this hair on 9-13-2010 your establishment and I am very unhappy with the outcome. I am an advid weave wearer and I pride myself on purchasing on the best of hair and hair product to maintain the hair. However this has not proven to be the case using your hair (see attached photo). The picture is of the aftereffect of having the hair washed at a reputable hair salon. The hair natted in away that it was ruined. The only solution was to cut the hair out, replaced and sytled. I am a manager at Abercrombie and Fitch at Twelve Oaks Mall. I assure you most complaints made are those that can be easy misunderstandings between customer and employee. This Rodney Misiak guy is rude. He lied to me on my coverage on my meds sold me a cheap plan told me it would cover all my medications and it did not cover a single one. I purchased some chaps and boots from tackdirect.co.uk. The chaps were represented as being a medium but were very small when tried on. I called and was asked to write an email to request a return or exchange, which I eventually did. However the store claimed I was outside of their 14 day return policy, and tackdirect was very adamant that I wasn't allowed to return the goods but they generously suggested I buy another pair.
