They advertise these uggs as australia uggs and they are not. Once you place an order and try to cancel it, they ignore you and send them anyways. The credit card company gave me back my money and then 3 months later they resubmitted to the creditcard comopany and got the money. There's no way to send the boots back cause everytime you go to their website to e-mail them, they ignore you and there's no phone number to get ahold of them. I ordered an item from this company. When it arrived I tried it on to see if it fit, it did not. So I went to their website and printed a copy of their return form. (Hint #1 you have to search on their website for their return form. They don't include it in your shipment like every other company doing a reputable business out there). I personally LOVE Hollister. But i do agree that Hollister should make bigger sizes for bigger women/girls. I am a size medium from top to bottom. I cannot fit their jeans though. I had an upper denture and lower partial made by Joe Vize. The upper denture was loose when he gave it to me. He couldn't tighted it so I went to Dentures 4 U and they relined it for me. :). My real complaint is with the lower partial. HE MOVED BY TEETH! The framework broke 3 times within one week and he and his wife had the nerve to yell at me it was all my fault! I was very disappointed in the denture and partial that Danny Croft made for me. They hurt my gums and the partial hurts my teeth.
