Castle Dental has had numerous complaints against them which has come to light, using same disposable instruments on patients over & over mixing up dentures on patients, giving women men's dentures huge teeth!! Recieved my FREE sample of wu-yi weight loss tea but also recieved a tub of wu-yi burn weight supplement capsules which i did not order. Unsure wither i was going to get charged for them i sent both the tea and capules back. Like others, I order a trial of South Beach Acai. I ordered on 2/12/09. I did not recived my trial bottle until 2/21/09, so I only had a few days left of my trial period. On March 25, 2009, I responded to a K-mart advertisement for all gold jewelry at 70% off plus 10% more off on all regular prices. When I selected two earrings at list prices of $199.99 and $2609.99, the clerk rang the purchase and the price was more than I anticipated. The cash register took 70% off the regular price and then 10% more on the new price at 70% off but not off the original total. I order a "free" bottle of AcaiPure and Purity 12 (for colon health) being charged $4.95 for shipping and handling. Received both, instead of cleaning my system, I am constipated. Then the charge of $74.95 appears on my statement, then $39.95, then $29.95. I immediately telephoned the $74.95 charge, they were very helpful and stated a refund would be seen in 3-12 days (none so fare). After reading similar complaints, I went to the www.naturalacaiberry.com website and read the terms and conditions which I did not read at the time I ordered the free sample. It does state that if you do not contact them within 21 days, they will send you another shipment and charge you 69.95 (a 20%) discount. After paying a $157.01 bill in Jan by check, I went to a March 14 appt at Capstone. I was told that I could not proceed to my appt until I paid $157.01 right then. I like the whole unlimited tanning for a single price a month, but the idea of giving them my credit card in order to do so is what I hate. I was willing to pay for the complete contract up front, but they wouldn't let me. I fear of having insufficient funds when it's auto drawn and end up over drafting my account and getting those $35 fees. That's why I hate auto withdraws, I can't control what is taken out on my own. Women Within gives a handy return sticker complete with a UPS tracking number. The problem is that they do not scan the package when it is received. Instead, they keep your return on a cart and scan your package when they have the time. As a result, you will not get your credit in a timely manner. Also, that UPS tracking number is Woman Withins tracking number and UPS is unable to trace it. I have not received my credit and it has been weeks since I returned the package. On Monday, 23 March 2009, at approximate 6:00 p.m., I stopped at the local Arby's restaurant to pick up something for dinner for my husband and myself. I purchased 3 Super Arby Roast Beef Sandwiches and 2 regular fries. Within six hours of consumption, my husband began with extreme symptons of food poisoning. Within six more hours I also suffered from food poisoning, though not as intense as that suffered by my husband. On Feb 23, 2009 I purchased the Pick Two for lunch including a half sandwich, soup and chips. While eating my lunch and nearly half way through eating my soup I discover a centepede type bug inside. I had breast augmentation done and wasn't happy with results. I picked out a particular size implant and thought I made myself clear but apparently he chose to put different size. . I bought two hockey tickets worth $150. I paid $324. They charged $262 for the two tickets, $48 for 'connection fee.' I clicked on standard shipping, but somehow got overnight shipping. They charged a 7.5% State sales tax, and the state I live in is 6.8%. The vendor where the tickets came from were cheaper and I could have picked them up myself, but of course they didn't tell me where they came from until after I bought them.
