I am so upset with AllHeart! I ordered a gift certificate for a family member on 12/7/08 as a Christmas gift. I was to have received a copy of the certificate in an email AND by snail mail. I never received the email or letter though I did get confirmation of the order AND the deduction from my bank account. This company sells fake Ugg Boots, but advertises them as authentic. They say they are located in US, but they are in China. After a month of constantly emailing them, they finally allowed me to return my boots, gave me instructions on how to do so, and said I would get a full refund. But now they will NOT refund my money. I ordered this on 1/209 as a trial order and it said you had 15 days from day or receipt to let them know if you wanted to return the product. The trial price was $6.95. It arrived on 1/13, slip showed it shipped on 1/05/09, order made on 1/2/09. On 1/22/09 I was charged the full priced of $59.95 which will cause me to bounce about three credit cards at the cost of $99. This company is awful. They are money hungry disgusting human beings that should not be in business. Due to a family tragedy I could not submit my cancellation letter to them within 3 days and I spoke to every employee, manager and janitor in that place and they "could not help me". In the span of 5 days, I ordered two different Wii systems from two different sellers/stores from ecrater.com I never received any product and when I contacted ecrater to file a complaint, they told me that neither seller nor store was an ecrater seller/store. However, I can still go to one of the sellers on ecrater. Instead of backing the sellers/stores, they pass the buck. So by saying that the seller is no longer there, they are allowing anyone to post a sale, take the money, and walk away from ecrater with no accountability.
