Jacob Hanson was a smooth talking salesman, who lied about their BBB accreditation (fake website he refers you to) and money being a tax deduction (Canada Revenue Agency rejected claim as they are not a registered learning institute in Canada and nor is Thrive). In 2008 my son bought 1 time ring tone. He never recieved the tone and the company has been charging my account 19.99 per month since 2008. I have tried to cancel this transaction with my bank to put a stop payment on that dollar amount, then telecom will change the dollar amount by 1 penny. On July 31st, I placed a $2500 deposit for a door to be delivered within 6-8 weeks, the company has failed to meet this deadline and is now stating that they cannot obtain the purchased door as they no longer dealing with the manufacturer who make the purchased door. Shockingly, shockingly bad business! Sent a balloon to a 4 yr old for their birthday (and not a cheap one) but when it arrived it was deflated. Netflix advertises unlimited downloads of movies and other programs directly to your TV. However, the programs available for this are extremely limited. You can't even download most made-for-TV movies or documentaries. Additionally, the available bandwidth is pathetic. I can watch programs uninterrupted with my DSL Internet connection anytime except in the evening when usage is high. Then, you wind up waiting almost as much as watching.
