Our two month Epson printer run out of black ink. The store sold us two subsitute ink carteridge black ink.Upon installation the printe would not print or copy due a deffective fake products. We took the Epson printer to the store and the owner spent one hour working on it and failed. She pushed us to buy the original Epson ink. that created more complications due to the incompatability of ink and damaged our bran new printer. The store avoid all resposibilty. read full review »

I am shipping 3 packages via a friend through IMPEX to Nigeria. They recieved the first of these packages 10th August, 2010 (twelve days ago) and the last on the 18th August, 2010 (5 days ago). The norm was that they call me and inform me of the receipt of the packages. No calls. 5 days went past and I called tonight. Purchased a Dymo Label Writer 450 on 7/20/10, received it on 7/26/10 only to find after 1Hr and 20Mins with Tech support that it was defective. Returned it for credit. They received it on 7/30/10 and I have called on 8/5/10 and spoke w/Chris, on 8/17/10 and spoke with Denne and today 8/23/10 and spoke with Wendy. Each time I get a different story. I recently attended the Build Expo at the Walter E. Washington DC Convention Center on August 18 & 19 2010 as a vendor. I was notified after signing up for a trade show at a cost of $1850.00 for a 10 by 10 spot for two days. That we would not be able to unload our displays, that it was a Union Dock and the Decorator would be charging Drayage. Beyond the charges being excessive $166.00 per hundred pounds and a 200 lb. minimum. Whatever you do, do not give your credit card information to them. They had my credit card number on file and kept charging my credit card year after year even after I had advised them to stop charging my credit card. The last occurence happened in July of 2010. I advised them that I wanted a refund towards this charge. They agreed and sent me what looked like a refund on my credit card, 1 month later there has been no refund. Beware of Liberty Carpet Cleaning/All Floor Care based in Philadelphia/ tri-state area. Their ad claims they can "Remove spots, Deep scrub for Heavy soiled areas, traffic lanes..." so, he was called in for spot removal. Before he started the job, I specifically asked him if he could remove the darker spots in my carpet, and he insisted a deep cleaning throughout the house will make the carpet all look the same and the spots will be gone. Haltrex systems seem to have a modus operandi whereby they phone small businesses and lure them into trying their service. They deal in PC ink cartridges which turn out to be more expensive than most retailers will charge which also last for a very short time! The hitch comes in when they then deliver cartridges every few weeks, uninvited and not agreed to. A truck of Grain Carriers had its right indicator on at a stop, I stopped at his left wanted to turn left when all of a sudden the truck started turning left. My Mini had its windscreen replaced by PG Menlyn. The car had severe wind noise when I received it back. The car was taken back to them. I was assured on collection that the problem was fixed. What a drag to go to Checkers, Gape Gate, Brackenfell. Not only do you stand in queues for a long time, but their staff is unfriendly too. Also, at the dairy and chicken aisle, you are overcome by a bad smell. I changed my store now and don't shop at Checkers at all. A lady called Proud told me that i had to cancel the account myself and that the contract originally signed stated that ot I will be billed month to month form there on. I paid 60 something for 3 months. With no join up fee. Though they acknowledge receipt of my items, as of today, I have not received a refund and their websites do not show them as being processed. My 3 yr old daughter always asks to see the fish when we go to Wal Mart. The tanks are always filthy and there are more dead fish than live fish. There are never any employees in that section yet there are many employees in the gardening section and all the others. For last more than 3 month the Landline and attached broadband is not working and we getting the bill for the payment. Though we have logged many complaints it is not getting rectified and only answer we get is that it will be solved within one or two days. On Saturday 21 August 2010 I sent a worker to buy a pouch for my Blackberry from Vodashop Middelburg. The sales person, Eben gave us a Universal Pouch. When I saw the pouch I told my worker that this pouch is not what I want, it will not work for my phone. She drove back to Vodashop and they refused to take it back. This is unacceptable. I didn't use the pouch and I didn't damage the packaging in any way. This is not the first time it happened. Virgin Spa in Lonehill closed up shop completely, but I had purchased vouchers from this spa for all my staff … and I had paid for these vouchers upfront. Since some of my staff had already been for their treatments and others hadn't, I had to purchase vouchers from another spa (Life Day Spa) for the remainder to attend their treatments. Upon request for a refund for these vouchers which were never redeemed (R880), Virgin Spa said that the refund had to be claimed from the franchise owner and not from them! By 10am I started to phone their office. After lodging my first complaint, I received a telephone call from MBD regarding my Standard bank credit card account, which was settled in full in 2005. I have confirmed with Standard bank and Sterling that this account has been settled. This account was never handed over to MBD, but was settled with Sterling. What does MBD have to do with it? In july hi-fi - corp swapped my tomtom for a new on and within a month it freezes. took back to hifi and an indian service manager told me he call tomtom and they are going to send him some doc on what to do with the tomtom, he said he is going to test it and call me back the following day and he advised his staff member to book the gps in and he will confirm with tom tom if he has to swap it again or what.
