My mother bought a weedeater lawn mower from walmart in April, 2010. After mowing her yard 4 times the lawn mower broke down. On July 17, 2010 she took it to the repair shop the company told her too. It was determined that the transmission was bad on the lawnmower. Since then my mother, the repair shop, and myself have got the run around from the weedeater company. Elite Air Care came and serviced my air ducts on 7/27. I called them with a coupon offer I recieved in the monthly mail for $59.95 for the service. They didnt even touch the dryer (yet it was checked off as being serviced on the invoice) or go onto the roof where the air comditioning/heating unit is. My package was sent out last Tuesday to head from CA to me. According to the transit time map, that put my estimated delivery on or about Friday or the following Monday. I was informed up front that if I missed the delivery, a $50 fee would be charged. Friday and Monday came and went. My Prepaid Cellphone from Idea Cellular, Pune is approximately One year old. I contacted AM PM Moving to move my furnishings from San Antonio to Spokane WA. believing they were a well established company because they said they were a member of the Better Business Bureau. I set it up a month in advance and they came the day they were supposed to move my belongings. This company just established their website (domain) on August 1, 2010 (according to online public search results). They claim to offer brand new or refurbished equipment at a small fraction of the fair market price, but they never respond to emails or phone messages.
