Return policy is within 365 days, I returned within 2 months to an address they supplied when I emailed asking for instructions. USPS says it was delivered. The NBS Group, Inc. located in Bohemia, NY contacted my company located in Fortson, GA requesting service in a city over 50 miles away. The appliance service was provided in less than 24 hours according to terms discussed on the telephone. Subsequently, a multi-page packet of information was e-mailed to my company requesting much more support documentation than had been agreed upon. After multiple attempts to civilly rectify the situation, they again promised to make immediate payment. We contacted Cheap Caribbean via their website’s complaint process on July 19 at 9:15am regarding the terrible service, food, cleanliness of our room, safety of the resort and the misrepresentation of the hotel that we received by reading their website. I bought a pair of like oem fog lights for my car from 360tuners. The box did not have directions of any kinda. I took the lights to three shops, including a honda dealor. Sears has left my 80 yr old mother without a AC for over a week now. It has been 100 degrees every day during this time period. The warranty on the AC unit is good until July 2011. A service man came Tuesday(8-10-2010) and looked at the unit and claimed that it was not worth fixing and stated that he would return tomorrow (Wednesday 8-11-2010) with his boss. I ran out of gas late on a sunday afternoon, so I went to a blue rhino site, paid 22 dollars for the propane and an 18 dollar deposit for the cylinder. Now I want to return the cylinder because only Blue Rhino can fill it and I have my own cylinder and I'm told "that's not how that works" and the dealer will not refund me my 18 dollars although I will no longer be using Blue Rhino. We find this very interresting. Our items go through three layers of inspection, where the diamonds, the carat weight, and band are inspected vigorously for any problems. We do not send out items that we would not want to receive. Items have even been delayed because of not passing inspection and returned to the factory to have it redone. This company called me on my business phone and told me they were from verizon and asked if I read the insert in my last bill from verizon. They told me that verizon enterprise solutions was no longer handling long distance and if I did not swith today I would not have long distance.. Dont believe it.. they lied to me.
