I had purchased an Iphone from Best Buy in West Nyack, NY about 1 year ago. In June we sent the phone out under the service plan that we were paying for at the time. Ramp leading into store is painted and becomes slippery when wet. One does not realize the ramp is painted because it is painted gray and blends in with gray concrete both before and after ramp. When it rains, the ramp becomes slippery or not paint the ramp at all. They should put grit in the paint to keep it from getting slippery. They also should paint it a different color than the concrete so you realize you are about to step on a painted surface. I recently paid to have a package shipped via DHL to Argentina. I paid all of the shipping fees at the moment that the item was shipped. The NBS Group, Inc. located in Bohemia, NY contacted my company located in Fortson, GA requesting service in a city over 50 miles away. The appliance service was provided in less than 24 hours according to terms discussed on the telephone. Subsequently, a multi-page packet of information was e-mailed to my company requesting much more support documentation than had been agreed upon. After multiple attempts to civilly rectify the situation, they again promised to make immediate payment. We contacted Cheap Caribbean via their website’s complaint process on July 19 at 9:15am regarding the terrible service, food, cleanliness of our room, safety of the resort and the misrepresentation of the hotel that we received by reading their website. I bought a pair of like oem fog lights for my car from 360tuners. The box did not have directions of any kinda. I took the lights to three shops, including a honda dealor.
