I hired Ben Rinker to install and repair outdoor lighting at my business in Mount Cobb. We have repeated have had to call him to come back out to fix the lights which are always malfunctioning. I was quoted $150 for Labor and $67 for the Service call. When they got there, I showed them where the leak was on the outside unit. They stated they would have to fill it with Refridgerant R22 once they were done repairing the leak. I understood and knew that would be required.
