I shiped a package from Hong hkong FEDEX to Namibia work ZAR28000!!! My package was delivered and signed for by someone else, the weight of the box when shipped and when I received it was different and when I eventually got the package ALL the goods was missong out of the box!!! I forgot my cell phone when I went to Walmart in Riverside, CA so I called my daughter on her cell phone, which was actually in Riverside but it bills in Anaheim, CA which is about 25 miles away, to check and make sure my cell phone was actually at my house. Unfortunately, I had no change so I had to use my debit card to make the call. I was never told how much the call would cost. I was on the phone for about 3 minutes total. Bought a card to call Sri Lanka. Then and then only they mention the fact that the rate given in their add applies to just one call. If more than one call is made on this $10 card the rates are unpredictable. This is a new twist on International calling card scams. I purchased MARTHA STEWART Flannel Sheets at Macy's (they were on sale for 50% off and now I'm wondering if the poor quality and problems isn't the reason why). I was extremely annoyed to find that blue mountain had taken a years subscription from my account without my authorisation. I was completely unaware of any renewal agreement. I asked for the account to be closed immediately and that the money taken would be refunded. They closed the account but ignored the refund. The company has taken over 6 months and still not finished my website - told me it would take 2 days. I complained and they offered me a compensation package of website auditing software and then never installed it after 2 months of waiting. To make a long story short, I was screwed around by UPS for a couple weeks because they decided to change the name and address on my package without contacting the shipper or myself- the receiver which in my mind constitutes mail fraud. Made a purchase with this company 9/15/08 for 5 posters for 25 dollars. Little do you know when you make a purchase your automatically subscribed to a "membership." Upon finding this out, I immediatley canceled & returned all products not ordered by me. They keep sending you posters & charging your credit card. I have had Hughes Net for about a year and paying about $60.00 a month for nothing. We do not have DSL because I live in the country. I was told that we would get great service. We bought the equipment to avoid the monthly fee assuming that we would have great internet service. Well it has been down more than on. Warranty Direct is a scam company. I spent $1300.00 purchasing their top of the line extended warranty. My altenator went out and was repaired by an authorized dealer. The complaint i have about your product is that when we purchase your product with the white tips on your cigars they are either broken where the cigar meets the plastic tip, there is a hole in the cigar somewhere, the tip comes comepletly off, we go through 2-3 boxes a day and sometimes half of them are defective so we are starting to feel that we are getting ready to change our brand of cigars if we are not compensated and the problems are not solved and we have a few of our freinds are thinking the same thing we expect to hear from you real soon or we will start taking action on finding a new brand that is worth to the full penny we pay for. read full review »

S & M Repair of Goodland, Kansas is unethical, unprofessional, and overcharges customers. I broke down in Goodland, Kansas off I-70. Goodland is hours from the nearest specialists or dealers for my VW in Wichita or Denver. I had my VW Passat towed to S & M Repair. S & M repair said that they could fix my car. This company advertises heavily on TV at this time of year. The web site is very deceptive. Lots of flashy popup specials, but no final tally or web page on which to confirm your order or check to see what you are really getting or your final costs. There is no place on the web site where a phone number or company contact information is listed so that you can cancel an order before it is shipped. Now I am stuck with too much of a product for which I paid too much and I will have to pay shipping costs to return the product. I felt cheated and deceived. Just a warning to anyone thinking of using these people. I booked an appointment with them 2 weeks prior to my move. I was not told I had to pay additional fees. First warning: The office manager calls the day before my move to reschedule to an earlier time (10am). Ok fine. The movers don't show up until 12:45.
