I have been a customer of hostmysite.com for five years. They have now been bought over by hosting.com. I have noticed that when you email the billing department, and even when you copy it to the support department, that you don't get a reply for weeks. This has happened on a serious issue twice. I have been paying for a hosting service x 2, for the one domain but they ignore my requests for the supporting order paperwork. The extra cost is over 1000 euro. On 09/01/09, I hired “Moving with us” to move a specific set of household items from North Carolina to Virginia based on a binding estimate (U632233) of $1612.10 with a confirmed pick up date of 09/14/09 at 10 am. A bus driver on the B60 which made its last stop on Flatlands Ave around 08:35pm - 08:45pm bus number 6421, refused to let me sit in the seats for the disabled even though I have a card from MTA identifying me as being disabled. amazingly immature. They lost my Garage door opener and would not replace it. My tennants have complained to me, so I asked them and they did nothing. I complained to the BBB and they stated that they promptly replaced it. They did not. I then complained some more, and there response was quote "You remind me of Milton Waddams from Office Space My stapler ... Quit crying about your garage door opener! " This is only one of the reasons I fired them. It's worse than dealing with a bunch of Immature, spoiled teanagers. (note: I said spoiled and immature teenages. On 10/30/09 I parked my car at the EZ Way parking lot in Elizabeth, which I have used in the past for off site parking at Newark airport. When I picked up my car on Nov 2, 2009 there were significant fresh scratches on the rear bumper. This company does not have a clear understanding of the equipment they are selling. I spent over $1k on equipment to try them out. There was a clear understanding of what was included in the purchase when selecting the item. When the equipment arrived it was missing $168 in equipment. They admitted they provided the wrong information about the item, then blamed the manufacture for them not being aware of what they were selling. They consistently lose timesheets, constantly asks to re-fax, have poor communication & follow up skills when it comes to getting paid. Their pay system is horrible. Not only did I get ripped off but five other hurricane victims were ripped off as well. These huge stores have much more space (too much in fact) but less choice in merchandise. Monday November 2nd, 09 at about 6 pm. I drove into the tire, oil change department to get a battery changed on my car. I had my car engine on while the store personnel checked the availability of the battery. After a few minutes, I was told to pick up the car in 15 minutes. I came back 15 mins later and was not told till 10 min after that the store did not have the battery, and "We can't get your car to started". That was not the worst part. It was my understanding that the consumer could not be charged a fee of any sort because the use of the credit card. Belfour rep. Mark Jacoby, did not print son's graduation invitations and did not notify anyone in person. Says he left a message on a contact phone number but no message was received. Now is too late to get others printed. Family members were notified late by phone and many have made plans for other out of town graduations, so money to rent hotel and party goods and food have been overspent. I was given a ocean freight rate without proper licensing from FMC and the rates were astronomical. If you go to the www.fmc.gov website they are not listed as a licensed NVOCC or Freight Forwarder. The FMC is adamant about companies being fully licensed in order to perform ocean shipping to and from USA ports. If in fact they operate as brokers then they should be presenting rates on behalf of the carrier with full disclosure and payment should be made to the carrier. They said they work with many shipping companies but would not disclose with which ones and they did not realize that their procedure for shipping is deficient to say the least. read full review »

When I tasted it (nasty), I called them to send it back. They didn't want it. They talked me out of it and wanted me to try it for two more weeks.
