Terrible Service! I was orginally quoted at $70 for the carpet cleaning service - this quote included a large living room, 3 bedrooms and a hallway/staircase. When the guy came he demanded that I pay $120 and that I had to pay cash. I had to drive to the bank to get the money. He also didn't provide a reciept. I had gone through a surgical procedure for a "full" set of hair restoration, as permitted by one single session. Dr.Robert P. Niedbalski operated the procedure. I placed an order with RoadMice. I told them it was a gift and asked them to include a gift card or note in the package. It took four months for them to ship out my order. They did not include a gift card or note. When the person received it, he did not know who it was from. RoadMice told me it would give me a refund due to the inordinately long time it took to fill my order. I never received the refund. I wrote a letter to the owner of the company. He did not respond. I booked Hilton LAX parking based on recommendations from http://www.airport-la.com. I chose covered self-parking and pre-paid the required amount via credit card. They state 'FREE airport shuttle 24/7'. When I arrived I was told to go to the garage and park on level 4 or 5. Travel with Qantas on 29 May - 9 Jul 09. Have written a complaint thru Qantas website but since no answer. Your staff are incapable to give the correct info, resulted us arriving without our luggage since qantas staff didn't do their job and same thing with coming back which they fail to put our luggages in the flight so we had to go home again with no luggages. We bought 10 year wear warranty carpet made by Shaw Industries from GCO Flooring Outlet in Morgantown, WV. After 2 years the carpet has worn out. Both Shaw Industries and GCO are being very difficult and do not want to make things right. Shaw sent out a "Independent Inspector". This company held up funds (still not in our account after 6 days) because of a transaction that "flagged thier system" We occasionally use our Paypal debit card to transfer funds from Paypal to our business account. I subscribed to Bead Stlye Magazine and the service has been very poor, my magazines are late or do not arrive at all. Bead Style is a magazine that I had not seen in the stores and it looked very interesting on the internet, but it has a large percentage of advertizing.The magazine is now avaialable in stores much earlier than I get my copy. I purchased my first pair of Taryn Rose shoes only to find that the footpad region on both shoes and entire heel pad on the right was peeling off to reveal the inside of the shoe (shoes were not worn--came like this right out of the box). AT&T has been seeling faulty Sony Ericson w580i's. Many people have ha dthe same problem, where it shuts off and will not restart. Nothing fixes it and there is no knowledgable cause. This company has serious issues with their server or something. They do a great email campaign telling customers about these great sales coming up. We spend the time to be there when the door opens, then cannot get in. After trying for 20 minutes or more (wasted time & FRUSTRATION!!!) sometimes you can.
