Theft of services. This company Futureranking.com does not pick up the phone if you call them and try to talk to their technicians. The receptionist Brian is just a decoy standing in front of closed curtains with nothing behind them. There are no real technicians who you can talk with about your website other than the salesmen on the phone who calls you and tells you he can guarantee you number 1 rankings on Google. These are literally the most imcompetent people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They made a good first impression when I called them out for a second opinion on my a/c but then it was steadily downhill from there. I visited a store in Houston. The music playing was so horrible that I quickly got what I needed and left. Usually, I like to browse. Typically, stores play easy listening music not hard core rock so as not to offend anyone. I asked the clerk about the music and she told me that they did not choose it. You should never move into any apartment community that tells you they Have DircPath as the communications provider. It is the worst company and how the owners of apartment complex's got into these contracts will never be understood. The DirecTV service is fine but DirecPath owns the equipment on site and it kept working. Their techs will tell you that they have not upgraded the equipment and you are just out of luck. This was a mystery charge on my Verizon phone bill under "Enhances Services", said "Billing on behalf of Network Assurance". FAX MONTHLY SVC FEE 14.95. I called the number I was given for ESBI and she refunded me for 3 months (pretty much with no questions asked) but I have to send a request in writing to get the rest refunded and send an e-meil to support @foneright.com. I purchased a bed in a bag along with 4 pillows back in December 2008, about a week ago when I was taking apart my bed to clean the sheets, I noticed that my two shams had bugs all over them. I signed up for DSL internet service from att in April, 2009. I was given two forms that would allow me to receive a $50 rebate debit card for signing up and an additional rebate of $80 in the form of a check for the modem rebate. Service 1st Restoration & Remodeling in the Harrisburg Pa area was contracted to work on my home. They billed me for materials and labor that I did not receive, the work they did was shoddy and things began to fall apart after a few months, I called the company for several months but could not get anyone to call back. I booked a limo for my daughter's 10th bday two weeks in advance. Followed up with a phone call two days before event day. They called on the morning 1/2 hour before they were supposed to be there and simply said 'we need to cancel your ride", no concern, no back up limo, no manager available to talk to me, no response back to my phone calls or emails. This company is a resume writing company. The company claims that they are dedicated to superior service and customer satisfaction. NOT TRUE! When purchasing a resume package from them they do not deliver on everything they guarantee. I recently had a Sony television break down and because the company I bought it from, Tweeter, is no longer in business, my warranty was unfortunately being held by The Warranty Group. Telephone scam. My Verizon account is being charged an additional $42.75 per month for a non existent directory listing on the internet. One of my employees was tricked into verifying our address and phone information. When I saw this charge on my bill, I looked up both these companies and could find not even find any listings. I Purchased a Cal Flame grill, made by Calspas, along with components from Carribean Pools and Spas. The purchase was made solely as the result of Cal Flame's "Lifetime Component Warranty".
