we purchased a Philippe Richard set of pots and pans. We have not even used of all the pots yet. The ones we have used have all behaved in the same way. The nonstick finish peels off and rust appears on the exposed metal. Rust also appears on the outside of that spot. We are always careful to use medium heat, never high as most good cookware usually requires. We have written a letter of complaint to the manufacturer and have received no answer whatsoever. read full review »

Hi, I recently purchase some worm and flea medication from a company called www.CanadaVet.com . When I receive my medication I noticed that on the vial that they had sent me a medication that was way past the expiry date. I phoned up CanadaVet.com and they said that the have government authorization to sell out of date medication. At this point I was a bit alarm, but they assured me that it was all okay. I'm the owner of RAD Construction and we recently had a debris bin picked up and were charged for items not in our debris bin such as a washer, dryer, tires, paint etc. I personally loaded this bin with my son and can assure you that these items were not in our debris bin when it left our property. I have been in business for 27 years and know what can and cannot go in these debris bins and have never had any problems. Asurion is the product warranty insurance company chosen by Verizon Wireless to handle claims for cell phones after manufacturer's warranty has ended. While I was in London on May 12 I made an international phone call using a phone that was in my hostel. The first phone call lasted less than 30 seconds because I dialed the incorrect number and hung up. The second phone call was about 10 minutes. When I returned to the states I checked my credit card bill to find that they charged $119.70. It was $41.91 for the first phone call and $76.84. I worked at the Little Caesar's in Winona, MN for a few months and witnessed some horrible things. Most involved the store manager and how they treated customers. One thing that I was shocked by and would like for people to know, is how cruel they were one day to some homeless people we saw digging in the dumpster. The lock began not working less than 2weeks later.Upon recieving complaint, a technician came out and worked the lock, but after he left, the lock again began not working.Have had to tow the car home 2 times, both times the tow truck operator could not get the lock to work!Now the 18th of April, company refuses to stand behind their work or the lock they installed and are insisting to be paid for any further service.I called today, after prior calls and complaints, when I called today I was just left on hold, I waited 30 minute before hanging up.We have no options but to pay them or someone else to correct the problem. read full review »

I purchased tires online for my vehicle and was told by AAFES online that they would put them on for me. I took the car to there center today the 19th of April at 1430. When I went to get the car they informed me that they had broke my rotor stud, which are the studs that the tire is secured to the vehicle, an obvious safety hazard!. This company has pulled off a scam. They refuse to reply to letters, emails, calls; even certified letters don't work! It has been 7 weeks---no grass--no explaination as to why! many companies will confirm your order- or explain the backorder. They were fast to deposit 97.00. I have a complaint about bell mobility. The 15 days fifteen minutes rule. I made my contract about twenty days ago and Iexchange my phone three times and still Bell company saying there is nothing wrong with our network. Hello - In 2000 I purchased a double Viking gas ovens ( Model # VGDO271SS) with supposed induction broiler element using an electronic gas ignitor. This part has failed twice in seven years, and the service tech now says the insulation on the wiring is so damaged by the heat, that it also has to be replaced. This Viking product was promoted as a "commercial-grade" oven, yet it has not performed up to the standard that I was lead to believe. The start-up disc causes an error message on my PC, which has to be powered down to erase. The camera uses batteries up at an alarming rate and now I can't download the photos to my PC because the soft ware won't integrate. For the money spent in good faith you would think AOL would back their sponsored products. I apparently am not the only one AOL has ignored in regard to similar problems.
