One year later, to the date, I have sent this camera to Nikon Inc. for annual calibration. Nikon refused to service it, stating, it is a "grey maket" camera that was "...not intended to be sold in the U.S.A. ..." I have never been told about this important information nor have I intended to purchase a "grey market" camera. I have been a Gevalia Coffee customer for several years. I was a member of four different coffee clubs receiving several coffees each month. Each order had a different customer number. Quick complaint - I had a Sandisk M260 MP3 player. I did a firmware update that broke the device. called tech support and they said there was nothing they could do (after we tried some troubleshooting) since it was no longer under warrantee (3 months past). Ordered all of my graduation party stuff from them, cake, buns, and sweet rolls as we were having a brunch. They open at 6am. I was waiting in their parking lot and had to call them at 6:10 am to let me in. They had my cake ready, but that was all. Nothing else was ready for me. I have a major complaint. I bought one of your under the counter coffee makers, less then three (3) weeks ago. I have the receipt for when I bought it. Two problems that I have with the coffee maker is that the clock is ALWAYS off. It does not keep the time all the time. I went to Moosejaw.com to order a North Face Jacket. According to its Terms and Agreements, Moosejaw would pay for Ground UPS Shipping from US to Canada.
