I noticed a Kay's Cap RJH design with museum of Civilization nursing, etc. that I'd ordered on their they gave to them instead They told me they couldn't serve me, basically to get lost, etc. My friend is an RJH grad of ' 83 COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_64759# and she was helping me get this-an RJH cap to replace one stolen from me, but even though I did everything right, they gave me S* and told me we've got so many "e" s, etc and requests from you, " we've returned your money order, etc. and we can't help you, etc. don't as opposed to please call again, etc. Waht's their PROBLEM ? ! read full review »

I have ordered a pair of shoes with wheels just like heelys online last March 7. They say that delivery will only take 2-5 days. I have been trying to contact them but it's only a recorded message saying send an email instead. I have sent about 4 emails already but they have'nt replied at all. I went on-line browsing one day. I found Saving Smart.com. I thought it looked like a good deal. One I started navigating thru the program and inputting some of my information I realized I didn’t like the terms, etc….So, I backed out of the website and canceled my information…or so I thought. I was immediately signed up for Saving Smart, At Home Rewards, Passport to Fun, Shopping Essentials, Today’s Escape and Simply You at a charge of 19.95 per unit. My complaint is with the completely un-professional behavior of both our salesman and the Used car manager at this company. We purchased a vehicle from them and were able to take the vehicle that day. Although the vehicle was not detailed for delivery our salesman did indeed tell us that when we brought the vehicle in to have some minor body repairs done to the vehicle from the “we Owe” form that was filled out at the time that we purchased the vehicle the detailing would be done at that time along with a full tank of gas. Today I discovered that a company called www.FunChatting.com was sending sexually suggestive text messages to my 11 year old son's cell phone. They send these messages several times per day, and for each message that they send, or to which you reply, they charge you $1.99 to your wireless bill. My 11 year old son states that he unknowingly subscribed to the service when he saw a TV advertisement on the FOX network while he was watching cartoons. This company has the WORST business practices I have ever encountered. After being told a price by phone to get my vehicle out of their storage, I went to retrieve it. Upon arrival, I was informed they didn't take checks. I asked about credit cards, and was told cash only. I left to go get cash, and when I returned, was told the price just went up by $30 because the employee there didn't like my "attitude", even though HE was the one who failed to notify me they only took cash BEFORE I wasted a trip there. Contract for windows was signed on Nov. 10, 2006 for a double hung picture window, 2 single casement windows, and one double hung 1-2 screen Low E Impact 9500 windows. I was told delivery would be on Dec. 20 and installation completion on 12-22-06. The total cost would be $4, 833. A down payment of $1633 was paid by check on Nov. 10, 2006. SETS Tankless Water Heaters

I have one of their Tankless Water Heaters with a “lifetime” warranty. What they don’t tell you is that repair parts take an extremely long time to get to you. They only ship via US Mail, or so they say. I offered to pay for overnight service but they refuse to do that. Bottom line my family and I have been without hot water for over two weeks while they get around to shipping the parts. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, don’t look for a helping hand, it’s not there. DON’T BUY A S.E.T.S. Tankless water heater. I purchased a refurbished laptop computer from Baylita on July 13, 2006, with the promise of "satisfaction guaranteed". The laptop I received would not charge the unit battery. I returned the first laptop, and, upon mutual agreement, paid an extra $75 to upgrade to a model that includes a CD-ROM-DVD drive. I used this company. They asked for payment before doing anything. I gave my credit card number and signed their form (a big error). They took profit to charge me an extra 2 hours. A complaint to my credit card company did nothing. They provided to the credit card company a fake receipt with my imitated signature; unfortunately I could not prove it was fake. We bought a BoatFloat lift about 10 days ago it stopped working. We called the manufacture and he came to our house to check the lift. He told there was an electrical problem at the house. We called the electrician and he said that there is no power problem at the house and the issue is on the lift itself. The lift has a 2 year warranty but the manufacture sent us an invoice for $ 599.07 and he did not fix the lift. He refuses to honor the warranty. I have been calling him and sending several emails. I found this company through a website www.ivymedia.com, which listed a fare leaving from NYC to Albany for $20 each way. When I clicked on the link to book a ticket from NYC to Albany NY, it stated the requested link is missing. Acclaim Financial Services will not remove me from the credit bureau for a 93.00 debt that I do not owe to Archwirless. I closed my pager service in 1992 with a zero balance. I continue to dispute this on my credit report somehow it gets updated and continue to show. So I called them up and they said that for about $380CDN they put my pictures in a cd-rom send it out and get auditions for me. Stupid enough I trusted them and I paid them in full amount. Needless to say I never got a any auditions from them. They just put a picture on there website that's it. I then went to the Better Business Bureau website and filed a complaint. Approximately 3 weeks later, while we were away, the microwave fell from its mounting, landing face down on the stove top.
