I phoned this business on 5/11/09 to speak with someone about a sprinkler repair. Candace was so rude and snotty to me that it was impossible to get someone knowledgeable on the phone or to get a return phone call. I asked to speak to a manager and the 'field manager' was just as bad. This place is completely unprofessional and rude. I own several properties around Denver and have never been treated so bad by the office people of a service business. Michael and Tracy Farley operating under Farley Service Company are not true to their word at all. They were hired in February to do a extensive renovation on our homes first floor. I returned a defective fry pan to them. I sent it certified mail. They received it. Two months later, no replacement pan and no response to my inquiries. When you offer a warranty that you don't intend to honor, and people buy under the pretense that the warranty is valid, this constitutes fraudulent inducement. This is a felony. My family and I have been using Oasis Florist for over twenty years. They have always been more than friendly. Every arrangement we have sent looks more expensive than what we paid for. I visited Zips for the 1st time on Saturday 3/14/09. I don't know why it happened but about 1/2 way through the tunnel my car stopped moving and I felt the left side raise & drop as the mechanical "Feet" on the conveyor rolled out from under my car. 1.Back in December 2008 I approached Plan for some Vans, the lady that got my order was as good as gold but just before I got the Vans, I received a call to tell me that 1 of the vans had crashed. CellularChoices.net internet cell phone company. Above named company failed to pay rebate of $80.00 on a phones purchased. Terms of rebate are too difficult to meet, I would bet a very low percentage of customers actually get thier rebate. Ex: one must submit a copy of the phone bill which shows services between 180-210 days only. Its discrimination really, apartment 94 just signed a lease for $1430 per month, he had no rent increase, why did my rent go to $1530 per month with a $130 increase? I purchased a razr phone in January from Cellularchoices.com (company InPhonic Inc). It was free after rebate. I had to wait 6 months to send in rebate form and my cell phone bill. Hello, my first complaint is about the Home Depot in Newington, CT, located on the Berlin Tpk. We had a new storm door put in. The installer was a man who did not speak English, was in a horrible mood, and did a lousy job installing the door! Entered an order for a camera. They sent a bogus email asking me to call them because my credit card didn't go through. It did go through. The email got me to call them so they could subject me to a ten minute sales pitch on buying a memory chip for the camera, buying miscellaneous accessories, extended warranties and so forth. We have a Frigidaire Ultraquiet 111 with POTS & PANS HEAVY WASH cycle. We were told that this would do all the heavy washing without pre rinsing. I have to pre wash all heavy soiled dishes or they come out still soiled and some of the soil is on other dishes. 2 visits from service men and numerous phone calls. Figis sent the 6 free items to Redlands CA address and the two items (main order) back to me. I was alerted when I received a bill for the postage of the two items back to me in GA.
