I didn’t stay at this hotel, I did book 2 nights there…but when I got there they told me that I could cancel and I wouldn’t be charge. I don’t understand how they could charge a different card that I didn’t give to them and not the card that I gave to them. They charge my government travel card $96.73? Every time I call them they give me the run around….how do I solve this problem and get my money back? read full review »
Bestrxcare.com
I imagine this website is not very well known unless some of you folks
utilize online and telemedicine. Bestrxcare.com serves this community...or,
at least they claim to. Basically, what they do is scam users and steal
your money. They claim such things as same day consultations and overnight
shipping, and they partner with CRJ pharmacy, who seemed quite decent at
first, but now I even wonder if they are legal. This site is a scam
folks...stay away. It seems to me that they cater to drug addicts, not
those that are truly in need... read full review »

London General Holdings
I would like to complain about London General Holdings. When I purchased my
car I took out GAP insurance through LGH and wish I'd never bothered.
My car was written off last year and I have spent the last seven months trying
to get them to sort out my claim. Their customer service leaves a lot to be
desired and talk about the left hand not knowing what the right hand's doing...
I will NEVER again buy any insurance from London General Holdings.
I would be very interested to see if anybody else has experienced problems
with LGH regarding GAP insurance claims. read full review »

Suncom's Network
vt isn’t often that I become upset enough to write the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of a company. However several recent incidents with your customer service department & cancellation department left my husband & I very angry, frustrated & very disappointed with no other alternative.
Originally we contracted with AT&T and due to AT&T going out of business; we were forced to carry out our contract with Suncom.

Spa2Go
I purchased a Spa2Go from Comfort Line Products less than a year ago and had to replace the heating unit, which had failed, about 4 months later. Now 3 months later it has failed yet again. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a replacement and keep getting the runaround. My spa is still under warranty but I can't seem to get the replacement part even after having agreed to pay the $89 shipping-labor surcharge cost.
This is obviously an inferior product. I could live with that if the company would at least live up to their warranty. My last resort is to contact VISA and file a complaint so that I can get my money back for this product. read full review »
Cyberwize
Cyberwize, a multilevel marketing company, uses bait and switch methods, and DOES NOT fully disclose member"rules" when signing you up. Commissions (if you ever get one)are paid on a debit card were you learn that EACH transaction is posted at a fee, monthly dollar requirements are explained, but NOT the fact that the DOLLAR amount does not equal the "BV"(buyer volume) amount. (example: $74.95 product purchase=50 BV) At sales meetings, new "distributors" are signed up with a powerful sales pitch, only to hear later... read full review »

I ordered this program online and they offered a "no questions asked" refund. I asked for a refund and they started asking questions. I told them it was too slow and they offered suggestions. The suggestions still did not speed it up to my satisfaction, so I asked for the refund again. They asked more questions and I said I was not satisfied so I would like a refund.

My husband and I signed up with Eurodebt in the hope that they would help us sort out our financial situation.
The first interview consisted of an agent coming to our house and advising us to put all our existing credit cards to their limit as we would be passing them over to Eurodebt and they would reduce the final amount we had to pay back.
They also told us they would stop the interest accumalating on the credit cards and the bank loan we had. read full review »

Aussie Bonza
We have had an Aussie Bonza 3 gas grill for 4 years and it has crumbled from the inside out. Originally, we thought this grill was sturdy enough to last 10 years or more and we loved the way it cooked. After only 4 years, the grill still looks great from the outside but the main body of the grill has rusted out from the inside and all of the burners fell out through the bottom. We never used any corrosives or any cleaners on the grill to cause this to happen. Looks like we'll be going back to the old aluminum body grills. read full review »

MBNA Tactics
Although I am not the first to post an MBNA claim, I feel there is strength in numbers.
I have had an ongoing battle over MBNA's fishy practice of moving their due dates. I was caught like others relying on the date remaining constant. For three straight months I had paid double the minimum due on INTEREST FREE charges. It seems that MBNA tired of not being able to charge interest on my balance, so they bumped my due date FIVE DAYS. My December bill was due on the 28th and now February was due on the 23rd.
