When I pulled up our bill, I noticed, ON THE LAST PAGE AFTER ALL THE LEGAL INFORMATION, charges for $8.23 from this company. When I got AT&T on the phone, they told me I had been paying for this "3rd Party Voicemail" for 7 months. October, 2008 I contracted with Mega Moving to move my things from West Palm Beach to Homosassa and the charge would be $80 per hour for 3 men and 1 truck. This company charged by American Express card for entire order I placed, regardless of the fact that only one item had been shipped. This resulted in over $1000 charge being placed on my card that I would have been financed charged and would have had no recourse if items didn't ship. Dear viewers, I am an employee of Toys "R" Us and I cannot disagree enough with the complaints about the store even more. Please make sure that when you lose a Toys "R" Us gift card that you go to customer service and ask for it. I ordered a net 10 refurbished phone for $20 online. When I received it I got the message unable to charge when plugging in the wall charger. I requested to return it and was instructed to take it to Fedex and I was responsible for the shipping. I was to only use UPS or Fedex and get them the tracking number. I returned an expensive comforter to beyondbedding within 3 days after I received the item. Not only did they not issue a refund after I followed their return instructions, but they claimed they have no record of a return, despite my provided proof. This company is not to be trusted. In addition, they said that even if they did issue a refund to me, I would be charged a $30 'restocking fee', as if it costs them $30 to put a comforter in the basement of this two-bit operation. The efax service company does not work. Apparently faxmicro.com was purchased by fax.com but there was no notice or bulletin that this take over transaction was taking place.
