I purchased two Oreck XL vacuums. I have a bad back and thought the lightweight vacuums would be a God send. They are lightweight and worked well for a brief time. My first order after opening my account with HIDEFDVD was shipped to the wrong address. It was sent to my billing address not the address i put in the shipping profile. When I signed up for pioneer telephone long distance service I was thrilled to have such a reasonably priced service that was only billed for minutes used. They offered 800 numbers as well. Great! I signed up for packet 8 service in December of 2008. They failed to assist in installing the system as indicated. They left us to our own devices. We bought an LG Plasma tv at the brick 2 years ago and have had problems with it ever since.
