They changed me $100 to look at it and a $100 to fix it, it was not warrented because they said the top was not locked down and pine needles stopped the pump. and the filters are junk after 2 months!i called master spa 3 times in 2 week, they never called me back!! A number of times I have received SMS's from Optus (an Australian Telecommunications provider) on my pre-paid mobile phone at unacceptable times of the day/night. The most recent was just before 2am on Friday the 21st of November 2008 (taken me a while to find somewhere to complain!) which had the text something like: "For a limited time only, get 2 always win prizes for the price of 1 when you recharge online with a credit card for $30 or more, 2 unsub sms 'went' to 2222" - From Optus MSG which woke me up, I had to go to work the next day and it really annoyed the hell out of me! read full review »

The typical 'sleazy car salesman' is true at this dealership. My wife and I went in to finally purchase the SUV we always wanted. We put a LOT of money down for the specific model we wanted. They said no problem the vehicle would be delivered in a few days. A few days later at 10PM (with my baby and wife asleep) they called and said they couldn't get the vehicle, that it was "damaged". This company sells a radon meter that is supposed to register the levels of radon in your house. I have done regular tests with other kits and all have come back with low (acceptable) readings. This meter, however, gives false readings and even when I had it replaced, still new one doesn't work right. I paid over $100 and this is definitely a ripoff. Stay away from this company! You can buy a lot of kits and do periodically and know you are safe...unlike with this false reading meter. read full review »

Don't use Griffin Heating and Cooling! Last year when we had them come for our annual service, the guy spend 40 minutes cleaning our system (even though he recorded an hour and a half!) Then when he found out we had a coupon and weren't paying by the hour, he seemed stunned! This year we bought a contract with them and the guy was in our drive and back in his vehicle in 15 mins! My boyfriend ordered flower thru FTD and send it to my office on valentine's day. I talked to my boyfriend over the phone and realize the order that he placed is completely different than the one that I got. He ordered a dozen of pink roses with a heart shape godiva chocolate. I am so frustrated with this online store that I have come to write a review. I ordered 2 leashes - shipped one back exactly according their specs with an RA # on my package and to their address, etc at my expense. I have never been credited so I email about every week! They have since responded to 4 of my follow-up emails saying its in the works, being processed. THEN on Dec 28th they said they cannot find my return! 1 month later; and that I need to call Monday thru Sat. I had very bad experiences with this GSMphonesource. Their turnaround advertised on the site is "5pm PST Monday - Sunday I will normally have your unlock code back to you the same evening ( unless I am on vacation or its a holiday )". This is a total lie. I Ordered twice from them because I needed an urgent unlock code for my cousin leaving the country. It took a day and a half for them to send me my unlock code. I too am a little late with this post, but after reading what partons have said I decided to add. I too had a mainboard go bad (PA2007) and returned it for replacement under warranty. They tested the board, charged me for testing it and returned the same board to me, telling me there was nothing wrong with it. Needless to say the board is worthless as it will not run. I absolutely would not do business with them again under any circumstances. Nor would I recommend them to anyone else. They do not stand behind their warranties and they give you the constant run around. Best advice at this point is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! read full review »

Absolutely awful. Many of us placed orders on October 1st 2008. It is now November 8th 2008 and few to none have received there orders. Many of us placed emails that have been ignored or deleted. Charge-backs are being placed by many. The original ship date was 5-7 days, then 2 to 3 weeks from order date. Now many have gone over a month. I ordered a Supermicro P5MMA98 from GR Company. It took them over three weeks to deliver it. When I recieved it, it didn't work at all. I returned it for a replacement, big mistake, it took them over two month to get the replacement to me. But on the plus side, they are the only company I have dealt with that have knowledgable people reading and responding to email. They either are sending the fraud themselves or somebody hacked into their site and has all their customer information. Either way, its a site to avoid!
