Minor points: They missed two ducts, did not replace three duct covers, and just brought in a vacuum, not the amazing machine they touted at sale. Most of the hardware at these stores is low-grade OEM stuff, not proper boxed equipment .. their return policy is garbage, the prices are too high, they will blame you for ANYTHING, even if the product was defective. They messed up their system by not having the weights of the video cards they sell. Because of this, it took them an extra day to ship out my item. I had paid for 3 day air because I needed by a certain date. We spoke about the mess-up before they shipped.
