Worst Service ever. Bought a E61i on January 09th and since then, me and my daughter constantly calling them and kept getting hung up without any responses from them. They have no idea where the order is at. First of all, when we call during the early central hours, we get notified to call at a later time, and then when i am at work my daughter calls, she gets information to call earlier, because the customer service left. We have filled a case with the State of New York Office of the Attorney General, Mrs. Penelope Lerner with the case number 2009-985445 and just praying for the best to get our money back. I have never been so disappointed in an online order in my entire life. eWaggle has really sent me through the ringer. There is so much that's been so suspicious about this transaction. My dealing with this company was atrocious. I placed on order on the 31st, Sunday and it didn't even process until Thursday. I know Monday was a holiday, but three business days to process my order? Newegg deals with a lot more orders than they do and I RECEIVE product in 3 days from them, sometimes less. This company represented it was shipping household goods by land and air. It simply lied. The materials were shipped by sea. They charged us a significant premium and delivered the goods more than three weeks late. The goods--nearly every single item--were delivered by people who damaged them. It took 1 week to change the status of my order for 3 measly stickers (that were in stock) purchased from this company. I wrote at least 2 e-mails asking for them to send the merchindise but never recieved any response. After the second e-mail I see it changed from "new order" to "in-transit" without any response to my e-mail. As of 2/27/06 I still have no idea if it was really sent out or not. Etech4sales issued a call tag to bring the order back. The order was delivered and returned back to their company on 11/26/08. They have not processed the refund and credit back to the credit card. I called in advance to confirm that this reseller had the parts that I needed. I placed my order and tried to contact them for a rush delivery on the order. I never got a reply from the reseller, so I waited for the standard delivery. When the items came, I found that they shipped incorrectly 20 of the 30 units that I had ordered. I had ordered 30 ST3800013AS, but only received 10. The remaining 20 were the ST3800023AS. I bought a lot of 4 Bluetooth adapter from this seller on May 14th. I received the item on time but out of 4 adapter 1 was not working so I email them several times but didn't receive any reply. It's quite simple. This so-called company is a total FRAUD & SCAM. They claim to sell items like anyone else on the internet. Take payments by all the normal methods but the only difference is once they collect your money they NEVER ship you anything. They conveniently have no phone number listed or available anywhere. Ordered on a Monday with the stipulation that the item had to arrive by Friday. Followed up every day by calling and asking for a tracking number only to be told that the tracking number would be provided when it became available. Avoid these guys if possible. When I called to confirm an order I was told the lens was a manual focus lens and was talked into spending another extra $100 that I could ill afford to get an auto focus lens. What has happened with cigarettes is completely un-acceptable. There is no reason that we should have to take this lying down. These new FSC cigarettes are supposed to make it harder to start fires. While buying another item on the phone, which had been advertised on TV, I was offerred $40 in free gasoline if I would try a 30 day free trial membership to SHOPPERS ADVANTAGE. They send you 4 coupons for $10 each, one for each quarter of the year; i.e. January thru May. You can only collect the coupons during the appropriate quarter of the year. A charge showed up on the telephone bill for 3 months for 8.23 plus taxe and fees. It was unauthorized, but began about the same time that my husband had his ID info stolen. Wife went to Normans and purchased a nice looking white refrigerator for around $300.00 for one of our rental properties. ServPro over charged for thousands of dollars worth of work they knew would never need to be performed. They double billed for the same work in many of the rooms. When the over charges were caught they reissued a second estimate with the same over charges and double billing. These creeps have shut us down, after being a paid customer for close to 4 years. They cheerfully took our money every month, and gave reasonably good service until 2008, when it all started to unravel.
