Brought my boat in for service. They said they would look at it two days later. The next day they called me wih a list of items that they checked, but i didn't ask them to check. they puled my drain plug out when i never do. i launched the boat and it almost sank. Pop ups all over the place on line for Valentine's day delivery of flowers. Ordered approx. $70 worth flowers and candy to be delivered Valentines day to my mother in law from her husband. Flowers never showed up. Spoke to "Call Center" employee- with the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee posted all over- the only thing they would do is deliver by Tuesday and give 50% refund or cancel order all together. The manager of the paint section at the Merrifield Home Depot in Vienna (VA) indicated on 2/1/2009 that he could mix Behr paint to match any color from another paint manufacturer using his computerized data base. However, when I got home it was clear the colors were not even close. Telling customers that Home Depot can match the colors of other manufacturers is just a lie. read full review »

Each year I visit India and each year I have to purchase validity and time for my mobile phone service. I purchased lifetime validity in Nov. 2007 by paying 3-4 times the amount I would have for 3 month validity only to find that the provider had lied to me. I was told while leaving the country in December that I would need to use the phone once every three months. This is after I had informed the provider that I stay inthe US. I have a new email address and wanted to go in to my back office and make changes. Nonetheless, I had photos to upload to the site. My password and user name doesn't work for some reason. I've sent over 10 emails asking for help. The only thing I get is an automatic response for me to make changes in my back office. This has gone on for 3 days now. At htis point I am going with another company. When the bank reopens on Tuesday. I will place a stop payment on automatic bank drafts from my account. Thought I'd give anyone out there the heads up. I am very concerned over how Capital One Auto Financing is applying payments on my account. When I was paying my normal payment and principal payments, I noticed they were not adjusting my principal balance at all. I called and was told that I needed to send a separate payment to a different lockbox, so I did. Even after I did that, they still did not adjust my principal balance by the extra amount I was paying. I never received a confirmation from them that they received the order so a week later I placed the order again from memory (slightly different as I couldn't remember exactly what I tried to order the first time). I called and gave company another card, and then waited for new delivery. Didn't come. Having been satisfied with our meal I decided to give them a 10% tip. I did this using my visa debit card and signed the receipt. When I checked my bank statement they had charged me $10 more than agreed. This is the secont time it has happened at an Outback restaurant so it is not a coincidence. I spoke with the manager who did not seem surprised and made the excuse that the server had just input the value incorrectly and promised to refund my money. 1 week later and it has still not gone back in my account. read full review »

This is a total scam! The advertising is set up in such a way that your "free trial" starts the day of your order, is only for 15 days of a 30-day supply, and the product doesn't ship for 3-5 days from the date of your order. Your "free trial" doesn't end, but you get charged $87.13 repeatedly. They say in the Terms and Conditions that you agree to at the on-set of the "free purchase" that you can only be credited one refund per product. I have been renting a washing machine with rent to own for the past 12mths. Now my washing machine stops half way through the circle, beening on a old age pension plus having a disability and leaving on my own this was the only way to get a washing machine. When i rang mark from rent to own to get it fix he was very rude and told me that it is my responability to fix an that there is no warranty on this product. But not like radio rentals they have a full warranty for as long as you rent your product. So its worth ringing around. read full review »

Worst transaction ever!! This site falsely advertised the Pioneer DVR-104 of being able to burn CDRW at 8X and due to this information I bought the drive since I use CDRW a great deal. After buying numerous CDRW media I could not get dvr-104 to burn at 8X. I puchased a Thermaltake CPU Cooling module for a BTX system. After system was built the whinning produced by the fan was very loud. I contacted Electroseller within 3 days of receiving the module. They told me to contact Thermaltake, which I did. I was told to remove and reseat the module. I did, but still the whine. So I emailed Electroseller and they say my 15 days for refund are up - to bad for me. I ordered a TV from this company which I had some reservations about but it all turned out to be that I had nothing to worry about at all. They delivered the TV wihin 5 days witha professional freight comapny. Yes they did add 48.50 for freight insurance but after speaking to a rep and checking on their shipping policy and terms and agreement it is mentioned there. Plus with the freight insurance it does guranteee me immediate replacement and 48 Hours after delivery to report any freight problems. Definitely worth it!!! read full review »

I was looking for a Clover CM600W. Found this store elecOtronics. Their web page said IN STOCK. Just in case, I contacted them and to my "surprise" I was told it was out of stock and discontinued. I believe they should NOT LIE to customers, and when they are not sure of something they should at least avoid mentioning that something is IN STOCK. Use this vendor at your own peril! I purchased a Metal Gear Box external dual bay hard drive enclosure. egoodz claims a 1 year warranty. It stopped working after 9 months. I checked the documentation for manufacturer warranty info and found no references for warranty or manufacturer contact info. Several emails to egoodz concerning their warranty statement have received no reply. It appears egoodz falsely stated a warranty and/or they offer no support.
