I parked once at Central Parking on West Dallas St. in downtown Houston. I used my debit card at the automated kiosk to pay for my parking. I was charged once on 11/26 for parking, and this charge was valid. My debit card was charged again on 12/3, although I had not parked at Central Parking again. I have called and spoken to Joe Walker three times, and have yet to receive a refund. All I am told is that they are "looking into it". The lesson here is to not use your debit card to pay for parking at Central Parking. If I had used cash they would not have been able to charge me twice. read full review »

Customer service is non-existant. The claims office nearest me closes earlier than they advertise, so one must play a cat and mouse game to get service. If one office closes because of inclement weather, how are their policy holder supposed to get in touch in the event of an emergency? My car was damaged 2.5 months ago and the place it's being repaired at is holding it hostage until they receive payment. Hard drive was shipped in a thin padded envelope. Not surprisingly it was damaged.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know a disk drive needs to be shipped in a box. With padding.

On 11/16/08 I did a web search and found FinalData's website. I had lost some photos and was trying to recover them.
I downloaded the demo version of FinalData Standard 2.0, and it recovered a large number of images that it displayed as thumbnails. When I tried to access those photos, it prompted me to purchase the program.
When I went to purchase the program, I found the "Photo Retriever" program and purchased that instead. It did not work. So I went back and purchased "FinalData Standard 2.0". A

I returned an Instyler with the appropriate RMA authorization number on 10/28/08. This offer initially billed ones credit card for 14.00, then, if you didn't like the item, you returned it for full credit. If you kept it, they billed your card for 3 payments of 39.99 plus shipping. Today I called to find out what had happened to my credit. Ordered and immediately paid through PayPal $72.05 for portable speakers. Paid to a different company name (Worship Empire LLC).
No order confirmation, no shipping information. Online account showed item in shopping cart. Had to write numerous times, and then was told error on website showing item in cart. Still not rectified, still no response, still no item, and now account is no longer active.
I have threatened the BBB, and still no response.
No phone number for this company and not sure if it is a valid company. I can't find complaints against them. read full review »

NOT HAPPY my phone keeps dropping out while I am talking tonight I had to re call my mother in ADelaide 3 times even after 5 minuts because phone would just drop out. I had to re call my friend in Canberra the same number of times because of the same reason. Have tried to call to reprort the fault howver after waiting 15 minutes the damn phone drops out again.
The fact that I have to wait 15 minutes is bad enough but then having to call back and have the same thing happen again is just damn annoying. NOT HAPPY.

After placing 2 calls on my Aliant calling card from Maine, I later received a charges on my phone bill for over $4.00 per minute.
Aliant removed the charges after we contacted them, explaining that the calls were "high jacked".
Over 1 year later we received a "second notice" from thier "collection agency" (CSC) threatening my credit rating.

Flashbyte consistently had poor internet speed despite what they promised as being as fast if not faster than DSL. We paid $150 for the installation and $99 for the equipment deposit. We became tired of constantly being overbilled for services that were not worth the $60 per month. We canceled the account and returned their equipment. I went to Michael's to exchange a damaged photo frame. Upon walking to the aisle of where I found the frame, 3 18"x24" frames came crashing down on me! First of all, these huge frame are placed at the very top of the shelves. I did not even touch one, but merely approached it when each one gradually slid down, one hitting the top of my head, the second scrapping my right cheek and ear and the other slamming on my face and me in a state of panic/shock surrounded by broken glass.

Do not get fooled by their $6.95 adverts in the grocery paper for carpet cleaning!! They do a very bad job!! They manipulate you into buying additional services with false promises. They hire students to do the jobs and not trained people. Products used are of poor quality and they do not respond to your complaints. I had a call from united readers service inc. they had a new recruit calling and said her supervisor would call right back to verify if she did everything right. I received the call a few minutes later verifying that I only had to pay for 1 magizine @$39.00 a month. confermation #3335081. Notified company in November I wanted to cancel my account.
The account was not cancelled, and on Dec 15th my credit card was billed for January 1-31.
Company refused to reverse the charge.
Company refused to cancel the account until the "unpaid" balance was paid. There was no unpaid balance, and even if there were, it was fraudulant since the account should have been cancelled.
No appeal, no manager I could speak to, no flexibility, refused to deal with the issue. read full review »

We bought a pre-lit National Christmas Tree from a local business, "Tis the Season", in Nov. 2006. The first year the tree worked great, it was a good looking tree. This is a formal complaint against Cell C Service provider for an agreement we entered into in September 2007. ILD was charging my AT&T bill 14.95 per month for 20 months without my knopwledge. They claim my wife ordered this 800 voicemailbox service on "useful.com". She never did. If you go to the useful.com website you will see it would have been impossible- it's a dummy site full of google search names.

Found a charge of $12.95 on my AT&T phone bill for the last 2 months. AT&T immediately gave credit. Called One Backup who immediately volunteered credit after I asked them what there service was. They claimed another resident of my city had signed up for the service and had inadvertently given them my phone number (yeah sure). They claimed to give me credit for three months as this month biss had just been mailed and canceled future bills to me. We will see how this works out.

Now its down to hardly any pages with nothing more then the same ole tired writers and TONS of advertising. Also, go to Texas Saltwater Magazine or othes Like Gulf Coast Connections website.
