I purchased a couch and loveseat set from Nationwide Warehouse a few years back. I called to see when I could pick my couch up and nobody seems to know anything about it. I was told to call the corporate headquarters which didn't help anyway. I have called them about 560 times since and nobody will give me my couch, loveseat, my moneyback or even the time of day! Creative Cabling is a ripoff! They did the install of my phone system couple months ago and when my phone line was down from Hurricane Ike, they came out to test the line. They said the problem was AT&T and left after 10 minutes of work. I was consequently billed for $150, a full hr of labor + trip charge, for just testing the phone line and telling me it's not their fault. I called the owner Sam for clarity and he just said this is standard procedure. Creative Cabling is just another ripoff artist taking advantage of a hurricane victim! I bought a service washing machine out of the Littlewoods catalogue on credit, it was on a buy now pay September deal. We received the machine in November 2007. After 7 months the washing machine began leaking all of its water so as the machine came with 12 months garuntee we phoned the manufacterer. In August of 07 I purchased and 10x10 ShelterLogic canopy through Northern Tool Co. I have used the canopy 9 times in the past year. The last time I used it I noted a corner strut had broken completely and one of the corner assemblies is badly cracked. Both Northern Tool and ShelterLogic have told me there is nothing they can/will do becuase the product has only a 1 year warranty. I have written to ShelterLogic asking that the frame be replaced as it is practically unusable and the damage has to be from defective construction or materials. Hurricane Gustav knocked down such a giant tree in my back yard that a bobcat was needed to remove it. The bobcat tore up the lawn and left depressions in the soil that contain standing water days after a rain. The standing water allows mosquitoes to breed by the thousands. I ordered the free business cards from Vista Print on a credit card. I did not object to the processing fees. However, they automatically enrolled me in Vista Print rewards and charged me 17.95 a month, without my knowledge or consent. I did not see this listed anywhere on the site or in any paperwork I received with the cards, and I did check. I did not discover these charges until about a year later. At that time, I called and asked for my account to be cancelled. They charged me AGAIN the following month. I asked my service to be cancelled and apply my security deposit of 39.95 towards final bill. Paid the final bill in september 08. Got an email from customer service that I owe nothing. Guess what in October got a new bill with one call from september and 9.95 late charge plus 39.95 they never deducted as a payment from my security deposit. Once the movers came to my house we repeatadly asked to see if we are over the max allowable to us, they said no. Hired Nationwide Relocation Services for a move from LA to VA. They sub contracted with A-TOPPs. Pick up was a day early than quoted and movers could hardly speak English. when you order from their website their order form has pre-filled out fields for additional product. You have to carefully scroll around and make sure they are all unchecked or you get the product. They offer no order confirmation before they capture and charge your credit card, so you don't see that you have inadverantly order other stuff - due to their site automatically filling it out "yes". they will refund the product price, but not S&H, which is about $15/item - a huge rip off for something coming by US postal service. read full review »

We contracted an agent of Tober Logistics to move our furniture and belongings from Denver to Hong Kong. EOM is the agent, they have been somewhat helpful in trying to move Tober.
