Do not book through Travelocity, unless you want to be held hostage in India. I called initially because I was unable to print out flight information on a flight from California to D.C. since their website never it to me. The website is a complete lie. The pic they show u is not of the rooms. This hotel was sooo nasty I wouldn't even let my dog stay there! There was a pubic hair on the sheets. If you wish to get nickle and dimed to death on your vacation, I highly recommend Kings Creek Resort on Kentucky Lake. They advertise rates based on 4 people on their website, then when you get there they charge you and extra $15 bucks per person over two people. I made the booking of 6 nights stay at Arpoador Inn of Rio de Janeiro on the web of Otel.com, paid by credit card and got the confirmation. The Otel.com sent me repeatedly its confirmation when the stay was pproaching. I was extremely excited by being hired by Virgin America Airlines, but that was short lived. They don't tell you about their INTENSE training until after your are hired. Virgin's motto is "Elevate, Create Wow, and Be Virgin" non of which they do for their employees. During training you must pass each test with 90% or better (makes sense), if you fail a test you have the option of retaking a test 3 times, but you must pass with 100% (again makes sense). On Feb 11 2011 four of us were to fly from HNL to Kona. When we arrived at 10 am for a 11:30 am flight we were informed it had been canceled due to mechanical problems. Even though they had corresponed with us on email for reservations they claimed they did not have contact information. They made us wait on standby until 8:30 pm before they got us a hotel. I flew to Mexico on the 11th of February and when I was about to go home on the 26th of February I did not have any reservation. I submitted the endorsed voucher first by mail and then two emails, then sent in a check for a deposit, and am now in the process of trying to get my money back. The room was not cleaned, the tawels were not changed, while is was unocupied from 8, 30 to 11, 15 and after 13, 30min.
