I was passenger on this bus on June 14th thru 19th, 2010. The trip was from Kansas City, Missouri to Dallas and Forth Worth Texas. The bus had many, many problems. The toilet did not flush; the air conditioning was not working in the afternoon, only in the early morning. The temperature in Dallas and Forth worth Texas were in the upper 90’s and sometimes 100’s. Not the best hotel but I expected it to at least be clean. It is teaming with bugs--crawling on the floors, in the cabinets, atop the refrigerator, etc. Management said they sprayed, but that did not help. The bugs are coming from under the walls and are inside the building walls. Hotel staff also have a suspicious habit of entering your room while you are gone during the day--not talking about cleaning crew as they come by only once a week. My family consisting of myself, my wife, 4 month daughter and 2 years son had a very bad experience flying from Toronto-Canada to Abu Dhabi and then from Abu Dhabi to Karachi-Pakistan through Etihad Airways. I was told my flight was at 12:50am on the 10 of June. I arrived at the airport on the 10 and told me my flight was the night before, 12:50am so I had to be there by the 9 of June. They were rude and also three other families thought the same thing. The ticket agent should of said, remember your flight is 12:50 am so be here the night before by three hours and none of us would of missed the flights. We booked two rooms for us (retired couple) and a room for my elderly sister. We were seperated by another room.At 1 am 4 men arrived in the room between and started fighting and swearing loudly for two hours. Then started again at 6 am. We went down to the desk in the AM to complain and didn't want to spend another night and they agreed to a refund. However, they refused to give us the refund. Bad Business Practices.
