The subscribers have an envelope with their names on and each fortnight the CNA employee allocated to this task is supposed to put the required DVD + mag into the envelope. Worst cable service in South Africa. Had it for 3 months. Same programs have been shown 80 or more times on channels. Repeat on repeat. Programs are old. (ancient) Manegement above there cleints. Cell C advertises and sell "fast" internet USB modems that supposedly run on a HSDPA+ 21.1Mbps network. The first couple of week I experienced I experienced speeds in excess of 5Mbps, which is lower than the 7Mbps when they tested the modem in the Cell C store the day I signed up. As my contract matures the speeds keeps getting slower an is now at a point that it is almost unusable. Currently I'm not even able to get a 1Mbps connection as shown in the attached image. 8 Months ago, the Vodashop in the Mooirivier Mall Potchefstroom changed the contract (my daughter is using it) without my consent. I struggled for 7 months to get it fixed. In December I cancelled the contract, out of sheer frustration, to only discover another account in December 2010. Their excuse was that it was cancelled in December and that is the reason why I received this account. The consultant in the shop told me that there is no such number on the system, and that I will not receive another account. On 31 Jan 11 I received another account. THIS IS PATHETIC. In July of 2010 I requested that a limit be put on the phone - this did not happen ! Furthermore in October the simcard was removed from the phone and low and behold the accounts keep on coming ! I have tried to reach Vodacom by way of thr customer care lines 111 082115 etc no response just get cut off . As soon as the consultant has to come on line the phone cuts out !
