Cell C advertises and sell "fast" internet USB modems that supposedly run on a HSDPA+ 21.1Mbps network. The first couple of week I experienced I experienced speeds in excess of 5Mbps, which is lower than the 7Mbps when they tested the modem in the Cell C store the day I signed up. 8 Months ago, the Vodashop in the Mooirivier Mall Potchefstroom changed the contract (my daughter is using it) without my consent. I struggled for 7 months to get it fixed. In December I cancelled the contract, out of sheer frustration, to only discover another account in December 2010. Their excuse was that it was cancelled in December and that is the reason why I received this account. During December 2010 we have received our monthly utility bill with regards to electricity, rates and taxes. The amount due and payable was R47, 630-00.
