I am extremely dissatisfied and highly upset with the treatment of my 9 month old Pug Puppy - Puggles in Cape Town. We flew on Mango down to Cape Town, Friday the 7th August on JE143. My problem started when my assignments where not marked and I was told that my account has been frozen. Only for them to realise that it was their fault on their side as I had paid my fees in full. I had a car accident while at a customer 2 weeks ago and i found out today that my claim has been rejected because i was using the car for business purposes. I purchased a GHD from this webiste. I tried to reigster my product on the GHD website and then called GHD South Africa - they told me it is a fake. Also that its not going to work for much longer. I was suppsed to get 2 hairpsrays with it, I in return reiceved, 2 EMPTY BOTTLES. My mom made the transaction on her credit card. Is there anyway we can have the credit card charges reversed? I e-mailed them but did not say anything about the fake. What are my options now? Also, they say that it is an apporved retailer for GHD hair.com on their website. I would like to bring to your attention the quality of the Eisbein, served at your Mayville franchise. We ordered 2 x Eisbeins on Sunday...crispy, not basted. I traveled from Hong Kong to Johannesburg airport. My Luggage was forsfully opened and all electronic devices like my mobile phone, external harddrive and Motor vehicle computer were taken or stolen from my bag. The broken lock was placed back inside my bag, I can see it was opened by force. I can't get hold of any one at the airport (OR Thambo) to help me in any way. What must I do? We got them to do some add ons to our house. They promised us everything etc etc. We then had problems with waterproofing and crumbling on the ramp to our garage and it took them 6 months to come and rectify the problems. Once they had rectified it, they promised to remove the building rubble the following day, we are now 3 weeks later and a couple of phone calls with promises from them and the building rubble is still outside my premises. On the 10th of June 2009, the main member was hospitalised. The hospital will not admit a patient without full payment being made up front for which a credit card transaction was made. When contacted, the medical aid indicated that the amount was fully refundable. Documentation was sent as requested and the medical aid on the 13th of August finally made payment - not to the claimant but to the hospital (AGAIN!!!). Get the money back - of course not. When we arrived at the airport we were delighted to hear that we were on a BA flight now. But then this happened. I was doing my grocery shopping and I was in the aisle where the hair accessories are kept. One of the pick 'n pay employees picked up a brush, brushed her hair and put the brush back. Completely brazen, uncaring that the aisle was full of people. Now there are certain things in life that we just don't do...and I should NEVER have to write in to report this kind of behaviour. Standing watching the employees of pick 'n pay I have to say that they are completely out of control and unruly. Electrosmart illegally installed a unit at my house and then insisted that I keep it on a 90day money back policy as I really had nothing to lose by doing this, however 9odays later the are backtracking and are now demanding payment for this useless piece of equipment.Empty promises are made by sales people who call on you after hours and totally misinform you of what you are getting on a trail basis.Electrosmart are not very smart by doing this and I will not entertain the issue of payment they must just come and fetch the unit which nobody signed for or paid for. read full review »

On Saturday 21 August 2010 I sent a worker to buy a pouch for my Blackberry from Vodashop Middelburg. The sales person, Eben gave us a Universal Pouch. When I saw the pouch I told my worker that this pouch is not what I want, it will not work for my phone. She drove back to Vodashop and they refused to take it back. This is unacceptable. I didn't use the pouch and I didn't damage the packaging in any way. This is not the first time it happened.
