On the 1st of September I went to Bank of America to withdraw $800 from the atm using a different financial institution card. The machine malfunctioned not giving me my cash or a receipt. I went to another atm and it said that I had already withdrew the maximum amount allowed that day! I parked went into the bank and they told me they are not in charge of the B.O.A. atm. Deciding to use PSADNA to authenticate my Buck O'neil bobble head was one of the worst mistakes I've made in my life!! The bobblehead came back broken in 9 pieces! They didn't put enough packing peanuts in the box, and they DIDN'T USE ANY bubble tape around the bobble head. The person I spoke to wouldn't take responsibility for breaking the bobble head. I made reservations at this Bed & Breakfast for our 22 Wedding Anniversary, paid with a credit card and then a few days later the inn keeper called and stated that she made a mistake, there were no rooms available. The truth is that there was a wedding that weekend and she made a mistake and asked if I could change my reservations. Would you? Not very professional. Walters Management Company is a terrible place to work - wages are low - "overtime" is paid at half reg. hourly wage and now they have decided that if you want insurance through their group benefits is Humana they are going to profit from it - the cost of a single person insurance premium was increased by almost 300% today - yep 300% not 25% not 40 % - - - - 300% so basically your monthly ins is a weeks worth of wages. In Southeast Michigan Kelly does his work. I just had to file a court case to get back over $1, 000.00 downpayment money for services not done (or needed). His word was he was reputable and would pay - and he did give some twice - then said sue me. I would not ever give him money up front - only upon services rendered which you are satisfied with. Every time that I take my son to Burger King to get a kids meal, he is always excited to get that toy in his kids meal. He sees it advertised on t.v., and of course, we go, thinking we are going to get that toy advertised. We arrive, order, and every time...every single time...they put old toys into the bags and when I specifically ask for a boy toy...they give us girl toys, and tell us that is the only thing they have! I ordered a pair of shoes from this company, paying through PayPal. They sent me an email on August 2nd claiming that they had shipped. I STILL (on 9/14/10) haven't received them. I have called, emailed, and even sent an actual letter, and have gotten no response. I have also called the post office, who couldn't help me because Upscale Comfort didn't send me a tracking number. EDIT 9/15: I did hear from Upscale Comfort finally! It was an email snafu rather than an intentional scam. I recently sent a job spec to Marvellous Maids as I don't know anybody looking for char work. I got no feedback. After a week I still didn't receive any feedback from them. I bought a new bedroom suite from Lewis Stores in Lenasia on the 1109, they delivered on the 1509 (Incorrect furniture) then I called them, they said the one I choose was inorrectly priced, when I asked them to take the inoccrect one, I had to wait for two weeks. 24-7 Ride called me at 8:30 in the evening to tell me they weren't coming for my 6:30 a.m. trip to the airport for a business trip. They said they had tried to reach me -- but I had no messages on my machine from them (machine is working fine, thankyou). They said they had one car break down (excuse me, isn't this a transporation fleet?) and something like, we're not coming to your area. My wife and I love to go to Vegas and almost always stay at the Jockey Club. We bank our weeks to II and then pick the Jockey Club for our trip to Vegas. This company requires a $50 "activation fee" to process a free stay at a resort as long as you attend one of their timeshare presentations. The contract clearly states that this activation fee will be refunded as long as you attend the presentation. They ask for 120 days following the completion of your truip in which to process the refund. In June I was contracted by Konani to conduct Microsoft Office training to a particular company for 10 days. They refused to answer my question when I asked about their refund and before that kept giving me the round around on how thing operate that wasn't specified in their procedures. If you get free shipping you're not reimbursed for shipping if you don't like their shoes, and now, I'm stuck with shoes I don't want anymore. Well where do i start!! The service was rubbish there was 1 guy running around checking people in, Bar and serving everyone... The breakfast was horrible they don't even know how to fry eggs!! My husband took his car to Hi-Q to get new tires fitted. We paid for the wheel balancing, but the balancing was totally out. The next day my husband took his car to the Constantia Kloof branch to have his shocks fitted and to sort out the balancing that the other branch did not do. I have a 2005 Cherolet Corvette that I purchased in 2007 with 13K miles. I was deployed to Iraq in 2008 and the car was garaged kept at my residence. When I returned in Dec 2008, I began having problems starting the car. I continued to get "Service Column Lock". I replaced the battery in Jan 2009. Purchased a new 07 C280 4-matic in May 2007. Decided to pay more for a vehicle because of their known longevity. Have always maintained vehicle to Recommended Standards. At 63000 miles (which is out of warranty) in 2010, I took the vehicle in because I noticed a noise from the Passenger Rear Wheel when making turns.
