I was considering the refinancing of a loan. One of the web sites asked if I wished to obtain my credit score for FREE, so I selected the tab. I went through several screens, until I realized they were trying to bill me to obtain the supposed FREE service. He came to see me, seemed very knowledgeable and gave me a reasonable quote for some cabinetry I needed. I paid him a deposit of R 4500 and he has since vanished off the face of the earth. My XBox has the RROD fault, this is a known fault by Microsoft. So I logged the call with Microsoft and they confirm the unit is still under warranty and they put this in the call. They then gave me a reference number and told me to log a call with PowerCare. I emailed PowerCare the forms, and told them that Microsoft has confirmed that the unit is still under warranty. after painting was done we noticed many issues. Spots that were missed and areas that needed a second coat. The old paint color was showing through. After multiple phone calls and messages their was never a call back. Also before even getting started on the job it was very hard to get a hold of anyone. They simply reuse food that was left on another customers plate, even the food and/or beverages from large functions. They bring over soup to the hotel next door to their facility, that has been mixed from all differents soups people never finished. They have moldy cheese brought over too. As for the drinks, they save any wine left from wedding functions and give it to guests at the hotel (which is not that bad, but still gross). I had a house on the market and Dennis Blake came to me with a great offer to buy it but he wanted to do a lease to own. I was willing to work with him to make the sale. In the contract he said he would pay me a reasonable monthly rate while he was deciding to complete the sale. Comes up error and doesnt send the money however it took the money from my Visa card and I had to protest the charge. 2 times money was taken from my card. Now I can not login to my account. On July 9, 2010, I had an ACH debit from my business account. I immediately called my bank to notify them of a fraudulent charge. I told them that I had never authorized a $99 payment to anyone never mind to PCI. They told me there was nothing they could do since it was an ACH withdrawal and I had to deal with the company directly.
