I've been with t-mobile for 13 years now and never received an upgrade. I bought one new phone from t-mobile only because I wasn't aware that I could get an upgrade (it was convienently not mentioned by the sales rep). I purchased the unit on 9/19/09. The first problem became evident at start up. The compressor relay was installed upside down causing the compressor to run all the time, even without a thermostat. We went to Disney Work in Orlando and stayed at the Omni Hotel Championship Gate Resort. We checked in Wednesday, then out Sunday 08/08/2010... Submitted 80GB hard drive that was spinning and was able to see folder structure in command console but not able to in Windows. We were told that our drive would be put on the bench and tested to see if the data was recoverable. We paid extra to have our drive 'fast-tracked' and within 3 days were told that our data was indeed recoverable and that it would take about 3 weeks to complete. I will never buy another Kia. I have a 2009 Kia sorento and it needs a new transmission with less than 12, 000 miles. Kia doesn't not want to cover any rental costs or supply me with a loaner car.
