They collected an advance fee from me for a loan modification. According to SB94 the only way they can do that is to advise "...you do not have to pay a 3rd party...". PCM told me that they had an office inside Bank of American and worked hand in hand with the underwriters. Absolutely the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. Purchased a 1000W generator. It failed out of the box. 120VAC output was reading 150VDC, the 12VDC output was reading 20VDC. No quality control. I used Cardinal Moving Systems to book the move, we moved from Honolulu to Colorado. Hercules Van Lines moved the items on land and Anthem Claim Management gave us a ridiculous settlement of $216. - They destroyed many items including the $300 vacuum cleaner that isn't even covered by the settlement. - They lost a box with a 1960s Vespa engine and its at least $800 to replace that. - How can they use weight to determine the claim if they don't know how much anything weighs. - Doesn't it seem like a rip off... read full review »

I signed 5 children up for swim lessons 1 month in advance with a statement for the oldest child clarifying she has special needs (12 yrs) and would do better in the 5 year old class. I would highly recommend NOT going to the office of Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group in Rockville Center, NY. They can’t handle the large patient load. The parking lot is way too small and dangerous. (Tiny parking spots are packed into tight corners between poles with no way around but tight u-turns.) There is poor accessibility walking in from a nearby municipal lot. Several days ago my son's Runescape account was banned. Two days prior Jagex charged my credit card. My son had 32 credits (more than 1 month) when his account was banned. I contacted them for a refund since my son could no longer pay and they refused. However, they should refund my account, because they banned him before his previous month subscription was up. These two companies are the same and will double bill you and charge you as seperate companies. Watch out. They do not want to give you your money back. They will claim they have been sending you e-mails, but they all look like junk mail to join the site when you already belong to it. I have not had these problems from Freecredit report.com. Sears has left my 80 yr old mother without a AC for over a week now. It has been 100 degrees every day during this time period. The warranty on the AC unit is good until July 2011. A service man came Tuesday(8-10-2010) and looked at the unit and claimed that it was not worth fixing and stated that he would return tomorrow (Wednesday 8-11-2010) with his boss. Beware of David's Bridal. They were nice but alittle pushy. The real problem I have is that I went in to buy color swatches. They pushed and pushed telling me we had to order a sash that day or we wouldn't have it before the wedding. in 2008 I had a writ of garnishment for a debt from Capital One Bank (not my accont). I was NEVER served by this crook and he made a default judgement against me. The judgment turned to a garnishment. I am a social worker with DSHS in Washington State.
