I hired this company to videotape my wedding. They took my payment in full in advance of the event. The videographer showed up and shot the footage. A month later, having heard nothing from the company, I started calling. The only person who will assist after your event is "Jeremy" who NEVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS. NO ONE EVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS. Three months later - no video - no refund. The Videographer just emailed me that he never got paid, so he didn't give them the raw footage. They took my money and never paid the videographer. This contractor was hired in 2006 to install an EP Henry patio with sitting walls and a walkway. Since the day they completed the job Hard Rock Landscaping has ignored every single attempt to communicate about and resolve the issues. Be Forewarned !!! It is DIFFICULT to cancel a membership with XSPort (a.k.a. Capital Fitness). I've been through it this month (May 2010) and it is DIFFICULT to cancel. My advice is to NOT SIGN with Xsport until they change their method of cancelling a membership. I have had fitness memberships in three different states at many different companies and at Xsport it is EXTREMELY difficult to cancel a membership. I recently ordered a large 3 hp Craftsman table saw over the internet. I selected the standard freight shipping, and the saw was supposed to be delivered to my home. The delivery charge (372 dollars) was supposed to include that the saw be set on my garage floor (the saw weighs over 500lbs). This company claims on average you can make $500 - $2, 500 in commission, and all within 2 hours by hosting one of their gold parties. This is a gross exageration. Based on them paying a 10% commission of all sales, to earn $2500 from them you'd have to have a party that generates $25K in sales! (and in 2 hours? impossible!) Realty Executives of Nevada allowed me to rent a home that was foreclosing. They failed to disclose this information to me and should be reported for this. It is their obligation to check the status of the home prior to renting it. I am really having a hard time dealing with some of the commerials I see and HEAR on TV. Usually, the ads will be for a new sevice, new product, or a promotion. What kills me is that some of these ads are set to be louder then the other ads and the program. My ears are very sensative to noises and a loud commercial makes me want to run out of the room. In 2007 I purchased a D7460 HP printer. Before the warranty expired it stopped working. At the urging of HP technicians I purchased an extended warranty. They then sent a reconditioned HP D7460 printer. Two weeks ago, May 3, the ink pump stopped functioning. They have stopped manufacturing the D7460 and said they would send a reconditioned "upgrade" which turned out to be an HP8000. We are a military family that lived in Harbor Oaks for their usual 11 month contract. We did not have very many complaints while living there except that the apartments still have asbestos. However 6 MONTHS after we had moved out we received a call from a collections agency saying we did not pay move out fees for the apartments, which of course we had.
