BEWARE!! When you buy DVD from this company it will not end there. This company charges for a membership price every month thereafter(even though it was never approved by buyer!) of 31.09. They claim they sent you additional DVD (again, unsolicited by buyer) and you never receive the package in order to return it yet you are charged for it. These unprofessional crooks sent us a product on a 14 day trial which was immediately returned to an address in Bedford at MK41 0QB. The same a few weeks later. Only sent 2 products, Acaiburn and another Cleansing product. Since last Auigust there have been unsolicited debits totalling £120.55 which thay refuse to refund saying that the terms and conditions (which we never saw) stated that the purchase of the 14 day free trial product entailed signing up to other things. My Dad has a personal loan, mortgage and car loan with Wescom Credit Union. His house is currently in foreclosure so he has not made the payments. He has been making the payments on his car loan well he was co signer on my little brothers bank account and when my brother got paid the bank took all my brother's money and applied it to my Fathers debt's. We spent a small fortune for Priefert deluxe horse stalls and wire D gates. The deluxe horse stalls have had problems with the stall latches, grips and are also rusting. Priefert has already replaced the springs in the latches once and they are beginning to stick and fail again. No amount of lubrication solves the problem. This company is selling defective mattresses. I went through 3 Sealy mattress, two of which were determined by Sealy and US Mattress to be defective. All 3 beds were different models but all felt the same. I spent almost $1000 for a mattress that feels like cheap foam. I recently opened a charge account with Talbots. I received my first bill on 12/9/09 and mailed the payment same day. A month later they claim that my check "must have gotten lost in the mail" and have now charged me $31.64 in late fees and finance charges. I called to request the charges be removed but they refused. I pay all bills early and in full. I am completely disgusted with this scam and will be filing a complaint with consumer agencies.
